I had the most fantastic experience with Rizwan Ali at Leaders Beckenham. Throughout the whole process of buying my first flat, Riz went above and beyond for me. He responded to the multiple queries I had (on the day), was incredibly communicative, accommodated my tricky request to have a kitchen fitter go to the property to get dimensions (so I could get started on the redesign), and did everything in his power to ensure my purchase got over the line. When Riz was on leave, his colleague Adrian was similarly fantastic, and ensured things kept moving with the purchase. I was truly supported by Riz at every step along the way, and am so grateful to him for all he did to help me get my dream home. I cannot sing the praises of Leaders Beckenham more highly!

I am writing this review with mixed emotions as the agency itself is very disorganised but we had a lovely agent Summer O Grady helping us endure through the process. We had to upload the same information multiple times to the portal, our contract was only ready 2 days before moving and not updated to reflect our specifics for the property, the property and garage was also not cleaned properly as a lot of items and garbage was still in closets and the day before moving in we found out steps outside were rotten and had to be replaced "in time as the insurance get back to the agency" none of this was mentioned to us before. The agreed repairs inside the home were also not done before we moved in, and will be carried out during our first week of tenancy. Summer was very helpful to us during the viewing also with the paperwork stage. She was always just a mail, message or phone call away. If we didn't have her during this process, this chaotic experience would've been a lot worse. Thank you Summer for all you have done. You are a lovely human!

Due to the lacklustre effort from my conveyancer, delay after delay occurred but to Adrian’s credit he proactively acted to get each of the solicitors to keep their eye on the ball. In short, he certainly earned his commission. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrian and his team to sell your property.

I have ask twice with regards to a property and still no one has got back to me? If you want to give your details to an estate agent that doesn't know how to communicate then this is the one. I wouldn't recommend this group as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO URGENCY to get things done. So don't waste your time. I will recommend Manns lettings and Kingleigh Folkard and Hayward lettings as I have had great service and results. They are both just up the road from this group.
