I found Acorn Lewisham to deliver a very high standard of support, advice and referrals to additional in-house services such as mortgage brokers etc during a flat purchase. Dammy in particular assisted me faultlessly throughout the purchase in a very kind and professional manner. He helped with flat hunting and then through the whole process. Cant fault their Eltham High Street branch

Sold through Acorn in 2021 and was pleased with the service. Both Oliver & Max were great, very helpful, and always available if I had any problems, which I did have at one point when my buyer pulled out, however it wasn’t long until they found me another. Also, when Oliver first visited my property he was the most professional of the estate agents I contacted, which is what persuaded me to use Acorn even though they weren’t the cheapest fee-wise. Dominic was also really helpful with the after-sales service.

I was so impressed by the service provided by Acorn Swanley that I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.From the moment I met Hayley at my valuation she was professional, up front and honest and answered every question I had. She kindly included professional photos in the package I signed up for, and I was impressed how quickly things went from there.In no time I had viewings, which were all appropriate people for my property so I knew my time wasn’t being wasted. Amelia did some of the viewings and was a delight to meet, she was so friendly and full of good advice. I was kept updated throughout the process with feedback from the viewings etc.In no time at all I had the perfect offer from the perfect buyers and was amazed to complete five weeks later! It was such a smooth process with Hayley providing the perfect liaison between me and the buyers. What can I say about the 5 star service I received from Acorn, Kennington. There are not enough words to describe the exceptional customer service, advice, support, patience, knowledgeable expertise and friendliness that I received whilst dealing with them. My journey started with them in October 2020. I had been passed on their details from a friend and contacted them immediately for an evaluation. Adam Gould the Manager of the Kennington branch came out within a few days and did a thorough evaluation. He was very open and transparent but also showed his vast knowledge of the industry and the property that I was selling and informed me of the things that I needed to do to maximise my sale chances. I have been on a journey with Acorn for just under a year now. We started during the pandemic, had umpteen lockdown downs, but their service never ever faulted! I was in the best hands ever!! It was my first time selling a property and there were so many variables that I encountered during this process that without the Acorn team I am not sure I would have been able to sell my property. They followed strict Covid guidelines, always provided me with feedback from prospective buyers and were very accommodating when booking viewings as I was working from home. In the early stages of the process the first buyer pulled out of the sale and the team were really good in supporting that journey but also managing my expectations. At that point I was ready to give up, but I listened to the expertise of Adam and he never steered me wrong. His 25+ years in the industry stood me well and his newly appointed staff member Sophie was able to secure another buyer who also offered the asking price. The journey to say the least was bumpy and at times utterly frustrating but that was nothing down to Acorn that was through external parties and factors that were out of both of our controls. But honestly without Adam always being on hand (sometimes out of working hours) sending emails and making calls to the solicitors and the buyer, pushing the process through the most difficult of times the sale would not have been completed. He was literally a god send! I owe him and his team so much more than this review. There are a plethora of estate agents in Kennington all next door to each other, and I have been in contact with a fair few of them but have never received the level of customer service and genuineness that I had when I used Acorn. If you are looking for an estate agent that goes over and above for their clients and takes a genuine interest, cares about both parties and is passionate about the industry that they work in and the outcomes that they achieve then please use Acorn. I promise that you will not be disappointed. I am forever indebted to Godefroy Herissay, Sophie Fowler and owe everything to Adam Gould.

My experience with Acorn was seamless from start to finish. Ruggero expertly handled all my enquiries and smoothened the process with the referencing company. Whenever I had a question or a problem, I called him directly and he always solved it. He was upfront and honest, and I never felt pressured into renting -- it was my own choice. When my old landlord ignored my request for a reference, Ruggero chased it up and put my mind completely at ease. Don't choose Acorn to manage your household

We are a household of 11 flats in South East london and Acorn has been appointed for the Estate Management. Their service has been lacking in communication, the contractor they used we doing such a poor job that they had to come multiple times, we have outstanding issues for more than 10 months and still, there is no sign they're gonna get fixed any time soon. However, they are very good at sending us the bills for paying the service charges. They also got to blame us for some of the delays. Outrageous. Stay away.
