KFH Beckenham were great to deal with as first time buyers, professional, helpful and supportive throughout. Catherine Wood was fantastic from start to finish, working to find multiple properties that suited our requirements to see at the same time including one that went on the market that day. She was really helpful throughout making an offer, agreeing a purchase price and during the purchase process. Catherine was on top of everything, chasing all parties to make sure things were moving - this was particularly appreciated as we had a bereavement mid-way through the process (which initially Catherine was unaware of). Very happy with our experience, especially compared to interactions with other estate agents we encountered during our search and a separate purchase that fell through.

Appalling agency. They have acted poorly from the start, introducing two 'buyers' with zero due diligence on either of them. Neighbour who was also selling has had the same experience and also terminated them. They don't progress the sales at all, leaving you to chase and chase - I was told the 'email system had been broken for 2 months, which is why I wasn't getting any communications from them'. Like kids telling you the dog ate their homework - absolutely diabolical in every sense. After 5 months of time-wasting, they also want 28 days notice to terminate, even though Sole Agency expired after 6 weeks and they have no authority to enter my property. There's a reason why more of their sales are falling through than other agents. If you're thinking of using them, steer clear. Utterly useless.

I recently purchased a property through KFH. Dan was super helpful, from the beginning through to the end of the process. Always on hand to answer any queries and made time for follow up viewings to measure up etc. I also used Lee, the mortgage broker who was very knowledgeable and took all the stress out of arranging my mortgage. Saffron went above and beyond to get us our home. She was amazing from the first phone call to completion. We could not have ask for a more professional and helpful agent. The process was complicated for us as I have a limited company, but Saffron was always on the end of the phone to help with any questions we had. Saffron even arranged for us to bring our dogs to the office as the landlord wanted to meet them, something I'm sure is not done everyday. EDIT: The below review is still correct but I’m lowering my rating since moving into my rental property. The flat was not cleaned prior to my move and some things were left such as paint and a cleaning bucket. The kitchen was full of grease. The heater in the bedroom is broken and it has taken them more than a week with no updates as to when it will be fixed. As a tenant this seems to be another mediocre agent not doing their job properly or caring for tenants… Old review: Emi has done a great job in clarifying all my questions and getting back to me promptly on any questions I had regarding the property or the contract. There was a lot of paperwork to go through but Emi made it an easy process. Keep up the good work!

We bought through KFH Beckenham in April, and although we're really conscious that we were driven up to our highest price by the agent, we would really like him on our side when we next come to sell! We dealt with Dan during our purchase, which was cutting it very fine to the stamp duty deadline. Dan took on the role of 3 other agents, coordinating the chain and liaising with solicitors to ensure the chain didn't fall through. Exchanging and completing within a whisker of the 30th June deadline was due solely to Dan's herculean efforts over a sustained period. I wanted to move out of my old flat for a long time as the kitchen was mouldy and smelly. Kerri Georgiou has been super helpful to help me find a new flat. Kerri understood what I wanted, so sometimes when I went online and saw some interesting flats, I called her and she would tell me that this flat was not suitable for me because it's not big enough for my furniture or that was not ground flat and so on. So, it saved a lot of time to view some flats that I would not be interested in. I appreciated her help very much that I finally found a lovely flat through her help.
