GoogleUnorganized letting agent with poor communication which led to an incredible amount of wasted time. One agent showed us the wrong property! I would not recommend this agency to people looking to rent.

From the valuation, the visits, the advice, all the way through to pushing for the exchange and closing, the agency surpassed my expectations. A particular shout out for Sophie Johnson who led our sale, she was relentless in making sure everything moved forward promptly.

GoogleAfter a poor experience with Doorsteps online agent KFH took over and we had an offer within 2 weeks! The after-sales service was brilliant and they kept things moving. Despite the offices having to close due to the 2020 lockdown regulations the service continued. The sale completed right in the middle of lockdown and KHF remained helpful and professional throughout.
