GoogleOur first buyer unfortunately had to pull out having been made redundant in these difficult times. KFH soon found our eventual buyer. David, the agent, was always calm and polite and reassured us, on a number occasions, that the sale would complete, which it did. These are strange times. We would recommend KFH and thanks to all the team.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe didn't instruct KFH on our sale, but they acted for the owner of the property we were buying and we were super impressed with Dan Chapman. He was responsive, personable and gave us good advice throughout - even in pretty tricky circumstances. We would certainly instruct Dan - if we could face going through the process ever again!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat service from Sonny at the KFH Beckenham Junction office. From the viewing, to taking us through the offer and referencing process. Always kept us up to date and informed. Many thanks to him for his work.

GoogleI am impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of KFH, and the speed with which they were able to get me tenants. Being a short (six month) tenancy I could see potential challenges there, but I have nice tenants happily in place. The forms took a while to get through, but the plus side, is I can't think of anything which is not covered.

GoogleExcellent experience with this firm; specifically Sonny who is always courteous and professional. I appreciate the care and attention he showed throughout the process. I would certainly use him again for any future needs.

GoogleKFH worked really hard to ensure our purchase went through. Dan Chapman worked tirelessly contacting solicitors and chasing up enquiries to ensure we could buy our home before the stamp duty cut off. He was friendly and kept in contact regularly so we knew exactly what was happening. I would definitely recommend buying a house with KFH Beckenham.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have had dealings with several members of the KFH Beckenham team who have all been very professional when we have looked at both buying and selling through them. Quick to respond to queries, very helpful and knowledgeable. We have also spoken with their in-house mortgage broker who again was very professional and knowledgeable. Nothing but good experiences with this team, would recommend highly.

GoogleJack (and Siobhan!) were incredibly helpful during the entire sales process. They really spent time and effort chasing solicitors and making sure things got done on a tight timeline. KFH are definitely the best estate agents we have ever worked with and we'll be back for our next sale! If I could give more the 5 stars, I would! You guys are the best.
