GoogleI recently used KFH to sell my flat in Beckenham. The marketing of the flat was competently handled by AncaDian. David Rogers facilitated the sales process and worked tirelessly to complete the sale. He was very competent and managed the ups and downs of the process efficiently.

GoogleThe lettings team is excellent, the process from aranging a viewing to making an offer and paying the initial holding deposit was swift and easy. From start to end the process took less than a week, which included Easter weekend, I am very impressed with the efficiency.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I viewed a number of houses with a number of different estate agents and Andrew at KFH was the most professional we met by far. Then during the buying process which was definitely drawn out because of Covid-19 he was brilliant and looked after our interests and purchases perfectly. Can easily say we couldn't have done it without him. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI totally recommend this agency. I found the negotiator Ismail really cared. I had very little time to find the right property for me and my family and he found us exactly what we wanted and made it so easy for us! I’ve since recommended him to family and friends who Own property to rent out as he clearly is very good at it. Thank you again

GoogleDavid in particular was incredibly professional in supporting my transaction from start to finish. He pushed for the transaction to be completed by the deadline, and ensured we made it in good time. He is symbolic of what I think the new generation of agents need - to be more like relationship managers than pure agents.PositiveProfessionalism
