GoogleThis is to both thank and recommend the sales team at KFH Beckenham. We had the good fortune of dealing with Maxine Harris (Sales Branch Director) on a previous occasion and we were impressed by her professionalism her personable approach and the depth of her knowledge of the local market which led us back to KFH Beckenham for the sale of our house. As one would expect with such leadership the sales team are all excellent, particularly important as we had accompanied viewings. The sale was agreed at the end of November 2019 with a client of Siobhan Melaugh's with completion planned for March 2020, then along came the Covid 19 lockdown! Despite all the pitfalls that that threw up it is a testament to Sibohan's professionalism and tenacity that the sale was kept in place and was bought to a satisfactory conclusion recently. We are very grateful not only to Maxine and Siobhan but the whole sales team and would certainly unreservedly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCannot recommend KFH Beckenham enough. We have purchased through them twice and both times we received exceptional service. Most recently, Dan at KFH has been fantastic. He has always been contactable, speedy with his responses and super helpful. He has been a great support with keeping things moving along the chain and ensuring a smooth process throughout what can be a stressful time! We never felt pressured throughout the process and he was jargon free which was an absolute blessing. Would 100% purchase through them again and go to them to sell our property in the future. Thank you!

GoogleSo they are not a bad place to go. As a tenant they are professional, but it can mean they come across very clinical in their approach. They have a great high quality selection of properties, but i think that you should always try make amendments to any contract you make as their can be very unforgiving if you get in a tight spot. On the flip side I think they are good for Landlords to use. Over all they are a bit pricey but generally come across as a higher quality service. Personally i prefer a more human and adhoc approach from landlords as a tenant.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
