GoogleIsmail Hysein is the best agent in the Kfh Beckenham and I am very pleasure to collaborate with him to find my house. Thank you.

GoogleI dealt with ismail when looking for a property to rent earlier this year. He was honestly so helpful from the start of the process- especially given that our personal/financial situation was not straight forward. He went out of his way to help us find somewhere which would be willing to accept us as tenants, and within literally a week or so had found us a property which we loved and accepted. The whole process from start to finish was made easy for us and everything explained. Couldnt be more grateful :-)

GoogleWe moved our listing from another well known agent to KFH after having a really poor experience - Jack Greenhalf at KFH looked after our sale and was an absolute superstar from start to finish. He's an excellent communicator, keeping us informed at all times, and went out of the way to drum up interest in our property. The rest of the team were spot on too - if I were to move again any time soon I would be straight on the phone to Jack.

GoogleI am very happy and pleased to continue working with KFH in Beckenham to find new tenants for my flat. The team were very professional, knowledgable and polite and in view of the recent changes in various laws, they were very helpful in explaining various aspects of the new law to me. I have no hesitation to recommend KFH, Beckenham Branch to my friends and family. I am particularly thankful to Ismail and Nancy who made the difficult job of handling various aspects of the tenancy agreement so easy.

GoogleMy husband and I have worked closely with Siobhan throughout our search (which has been very long!) and she has been so helpful. We really feel that she has gone above and beyond and the treatment we received surpassed that from the other agencies in the area. Our requirements were very specific and as soon as anything remotely resembling what we were after came on to the market, Siobhan contacted us to arrange a viewing. We really felt like we were guided through the process and had someone who cared about our search. If I was looking to sell a property in the area I would definitely use KFH, who have been the most proactive of the agencies we've dealt with. Thank you.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our new home through KFH Beckenham. It was a not uncomplicated purchase and all the way through Anca (big thank you to her, she was great) and the team were helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to try to make everyone in the chain happy. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone that we spoke to at the branch and we would use KFH Beckenham again.

GoogleI have been really impressed with KFH. All of the agents have been very professional and responsive as well as approachable. I wanted to call out Ismail in particular who made the last few days prior to the new tenants moving in completely stress free. He was really helpful, really responsive and guided me through the whole process. I imagine he’s also great with tenants. He’s a great agent!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWell I don't know where to begin ! I was searching online local papers notice boards you name it with absolutely no luck. A friend recommended me to a guy called Andy Parker at Kfh in beckenham. He was amazing. I felt he really listened to what I needed in a property (and I was very fussy). He always had a smile on his face even though I moaned about the smallest detail. Andy attended every viewing even on a Sunday after helping out with his kids football team. I was registered with many agents but none of them had the personal touch. Andy would respond to every call and email straight away and couldn't of been more professional but on such a friendly relaxed basis. I have since recommended quite a few friends to Andy and they all feel the same. As we all know moving is very stressful and if it wasn't for Andy being at the end of the phone I don't think I would of coped. What more can I say except keep up the good work Andy and thanks for everything.

GoogleI am currently going through the letting process with KFH and I have been absolutely thrilled with the service I have received. Billie showed me a property and also used her own initiative to show me others which met my needs. Her polite and personable manner made the viewing experience a joy and she has been incredibly efficient since day 1. The whole process has been easy and enjoyable thanks to her and she is an asset to KFH. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property!!

GoogleDavid Rogers at KFH Beckenham comes highly recommended for sales! He kept the momentum going from the beginning, making sure he kept everyone updated with progress. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable and provided us with excellent support and advice. He is honest and hardworking and we would not hesitate to choose him again.

GoogleBrilliant service from start to finish. We had been working with Dan Chapman from the office who was thoroughly professional and helped us find a great house. During the whole transactional process he couldn't have been more helpful and thanks to his perseverance we were able to get it over the line. Finding an agency who we would eventually sell our new house with is going to be an easy decision: KFH all the way.

GoogleI recently used KFH Beckenham to sell a property for me. The service throughout has been excellent. Maxine provided good, honest advice on marketing which proved to be very accurate. A sale was promptly arranged by Dan who then most professionally progressed it to a swift completion, highly recommend.

He provided a good section of proprieties to view whilst being very professional and catered to our need requirements in finding us our new home which is a real gem. GoogleVery pleased with the service received from KFH. Our estate agent was Dan Chapman and he couldn't really have done much more. He was proactive, always happy to make an extra call or send an extra email to help keep things moving and always available to talk things through and provide assistance when needed. He always kept us fully up to date and gave his all throughout.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
