GoogleHighly recommended if you actually want to get somewhere in a timely manner! We were looking for a home for almost 2 months. Kerri contacted me Friday afternoon after I enquired online, she sorted a viewing on Saturday for 2 properties, advised us about our offer on one of the properties which was then accepted that afternoon. Following this everything was completed and signed by the next weekend. 2.5 weeks or so after the viewing we moved in. A very quick, efficient and high standard of service.

GoogleFrom the beginning of our first initial call to Kerri at the Beckenham office, we were very pleased with the service and the help that we received when enquiring about a property we saw to rent. Within half an hour we were already viewing the property and that evening putting a holding deposit down as we were happy with everything we saw. Kerri seemed to go out of her way to help in the process and get things sorted quickly and easy for us, even if it meant working out of hours. Within a few weeks we had moved in, with a completely stress free process beforehand! The team in Kerri’s absence were just as keen and happy to help us and nothing was a burden. We would highly recommend contacting KFH when looking for your forever dream home or a place to lay your hat for a while! Thank you again guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have just sold and bought through KFH Beckenham. They took over our sale after a very quiet period with another agent and the difference in viewing numbers and result were marked, they know how to get the right buyers through the doors in good time. Not only that but the entire process of our sale and purchase were very efficiently managed and they were always in touch with updates, never left us waiting or guessing. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone selling or buying in the Beckenham area to use them, our experience has been very positive.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service recieved. We had a difficult landlord which initially prolonged the process with unreasonable requests. Kerri who was dealing with us was determined to help us nail the right rental apartment for me and my family. After a breakdown in the deal, she found us an apartment that very same day for a reasonable price that meant all of my families needs. Wonderful service by Kerri on behalf of KFH and if the future requires me to use their services I will surely do so without a doubt.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleKFH agents in Beckenham and we have had a long association as we have bought and sold two houses through them as well as renting for a long period. They continue to provide excellent service which is very customer focused and responsive. Siobhan who was the lead agent this time was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped us navigate both the sale and purchase really well and was there to support during the entire process. Really appreciate her efforts. Thanks for everything - GPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe were pleased with the contact we had from KFH, and were particularly impressed by the amount of people they got through the door, even during a pandemic and close to Christmas. We were really impressed with Dan who dealt with us once our flat sold - he was really excellent; always in communication with us, and updated us throughout the process. We felt he really listened to us, and he was invaluable in chasing the relevant parties when things stalled. I would thoroughly recommend him - and already have!

GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Dan Chapman as our agent and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and unwavering dedication throughout the entire process. He was like a force of nature dragging the entire chain over every bump in the road and his chasing, probing and cajoling ultimately ensured we reached a successful conclusion in a tight timeframe. The odds were arguably stacked firmly against us on numerous occasions and I'm not sure those odds could've been surmounted without his efforts

GoogleI bought my flat through KFH two years ago (using Anca Daian as my agent, who was excellent). When I wanted to sell earlier this year I immediately went back to them because I had been so impressed with them on my purchase.
KFH got me loads of viewings, and within two weeks I had two offers to choose from, which was fantastic. Special thanks go to Dan Chapman who worked really hard to make sure that we were able to exchange contracts within the planned timescales. He went out of his way to keep me updated and informed which was really appreciated at a stressful time. I won't hesitate to use KFH again.

GoogleI rented my house in Beckenham via KFH. We had to find a property in a short term with a specific request (eg: catchment area).
Ismail helped us from day one, he is very kind and supportive in each and every step of the process. Also I felt that they protect my rights as a tenant as well as landlord/landlady. All documents were signed online, no need to commute to the branch. Thanks to everyone in the branch too.
