Having spoken with your former landlord we understand that that there where issues arising from your checkout relating to the condition you left the property in when you departed. As Living Property did not manage your tenancy post tenancy matters sit directly between you and the landlord. In summary we respectfully ask you to withdraw this 'review'. Thank you

Hello Maisie. We are sorry that we have felt the need to give a negative review of our service. As you have not made any comment I share this response provided to your mother who our office manager spoke with yesterday: “The property for rent to which you responded requesting a viewing had already received viewing requests from other tenant applicants ahead of your contact. One of these prospective tenant applicants, who contacted us ahead of you, qualified and was chosen by our landlord. As a consequence all other interested parties were informed and future viewings cancelled. Unfortunately the fast moving pace of the rental market and lack of homes for rent causes frustration for prospective tenants and letting agents alike. We are again sorry that on this occasion you were unsuccessful but hope you can appreciate there is no ‘fault’ on our side, it's simply a reflection of the marketplace. In view of our response we would hope that you will ideally remove your negative review or fairly review us in light of your conversation with our office manager yesterday.
