Google13 years I've been letting properties, the last 8 years I have used Living Property in Beccles, this is by far the best letting agency I've ever known. OK, sometimes we have a small issue, as Landlords and letting agents sometimes due, but the Agents are straight onto it and everything is quickly resolved and any issues sorted out . GoogleGiving bad reference to a person that wasnt living in the property for a whole year. Accused me of causing damage to the property when I wasnt even in there. Made it hard for a single mother to find another house as bad reference was given. When in the letting agency they tell you everythings fine and not to worry about it but then tag me into the emails saying I need to do somthing about it when I signed a form a year ago saying I no longer lived there. Email where rude made me anxious and distressed. Dont trust this company find them very two faced.

You remained ‘Jointly and severally liable ’to the tenancy agreement, as we explained to you, despite your early departure from the property.

We are sorry that you felt that it is not reasonable for you to remove it (your Google Review rating) before allowing a fair review of your position. We are somewhat surprised by your assertion that our complaints process is in some way "flawed", none the less be assured it's a process that is fairly conceived to identify facts against fiction.
