Geeta at The Willows in Kineton has been very helpful and friendly, I feel she has done her best to support me through the process of buying a new build and is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful in negotiating with the company. Communication is good and timely. Geeta spent a lot of time helping me with choices of kitchen, flooring etc.The process is not yet complete but so far i am very happy. Thank you Geeta.Only negative comment is the pressure to exchange and complete when issues are often out of buyers control.

Princes Meadows, Kirkham, Lytham

I recently viewed some new build houses at Princes Meadows, Lytham & had the pleasure of being dealt with by sales advisor - Hannah Pendergast. I have never been a fan of new build homes however the quality of the Morris Homes show homes viewed & the professional friendly treatment we received from Hannah has changed my opinion. Hannah knew everything about all of the house designs & answered every question asked immediately. She was extremely professional !The quality of the houses were finished to a very high standard & offered good quality appliances. The only downside for me were the garden sizes weren't very large although that's what I expected from a modern housing estate.Seriously considering relocating to this development. Thank you Hannah !

Best builders for sales advice

Went to look at there homes on Thursday 15th August. The lady i spoke to think her name was Ruth was very knowledgeable and very helpful she asked me what I was looking for. And know exactly what I needed she showed me the Banstead and that home looked perfect to me but unfortunately they did not have one available for me to look at inside so will have to go to Warwick to look 😔 but she made me a appointment to view one there for Saturday. I also liked the scheme they are doing called smart move and will be using that if I go ahead after viewing the home. Best builders I've been to in terms of sales

We spontaneously came to look around the area to get an idea of the estate and the property’s.On the off chance we knocked the sales office door and spoke to the wonderful Jeanette who was very accommodating and welcoming. We also had our children with us, Jeanette was so good with them and offered them cakes and sweets and was so patient. Jeanette was vey personable, professional and knowledgeable on the various building types and schemes. The Willows Kineton, Stratford Upon Avon.

The Willows is a lovely peaceful development on the edge of the village of Kineton near Stratford upon Avon. Geeta showed us around the development and into the last few homes that were available. Geeta is very knowledgeable about the different homes, their dimensions, the room sizes and the plans in relation to one another. She understood what we wanted and needed and was able to guide us in the ‘right’ direction. Geeta was friendly and very professional and took us through the process of selling our old home and buying new. Geeta is to be fully recommended and praised for the nearly 4 hours she spent with us and her tireless and professional manner.

We visited this site to view homes as first time buyers. Rob Conlan-Clark was absolutely fantastic - it was clear he was a man with lots of knowledge and experience. It was our first ever house viewing and Rob gave us the time to browse apartments and homes at our own pace. We visited the morris homes development…

We visited the morris homes development at Kirkham today as wanted to see in person two of the show homes. Hannah the sales manager of this site was very knowledgeable and showed us around the development and also lets us look at some different house types in addition to the show homes. Hannah was lovely and took her time to explain things and spent a significant amount of time with us. We did not feel pressured at all, it actually helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought about previously.

The sales advisor Lizette, at the Broadacre site in Lytham St.Annes has been extremely helpful from the moment I decided to buy a Morris Home. While the pandemic caused building delays, it was worth the wait and she was helpful all the way. She is a very pleasant to deal with and I’ve had no problems with the company. Any small snags that the building had were dealt with very quickly. I’ve been in my new home two years and I love the style, layout and location.

This was my first experience buying a house and Jeanette made it as stress free as possible because she was always proactive and efficient during my sale. It has been a pleasure dealing with Jeanette she was always warm and friendly which is what you would want during a house sale. She always remained professional and a great representative for Morris Homes. During my experience with Morris homes I also dealt with Will the site manager who has also been great. Hampton Water - Show Home Visit

Hampton Water - I visited the show homes and I had the most enjoyable visit. On arrival I was given a very warm greeting by Rob. Rob was very helpful and a great host (he also made an excellent cup of coffee). It was clear that Rob is very passionate about his role and Morris Homes. Rob was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions that I posed to him. The show homes were also really beautiful. Good quality, very well presented and very homely. Also ideally situated, overlooking the lake. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Morris Homes if you are looking to move to the Peterborough area.

Morris Homes, Princes Meadow, Kirkham

After plenty of visits to houses in the area with a variety of builders and locations we chose Morris Homes at Princes Meadow. Initially not convinced of Kirkham, we visited the Morris Homes at Lytham and Cottam as well but Kirkham was to be our destination. After so many visits looking at the show homes and the area we had dealt with a variety of Morris sales contacts. However once we had decided we came across Hannah who whilst being direct it was Hannah that finally sealed the deal with her professionalism and her dedication to getting the sale over the line. Our complication of having a long chain didnt daunt Hannah she kept checking in with us every week after chasing the chain. Actually we found out more about our chain from Hannah than our own Estate Agent. The day of the move came The Removal company tried to dampen the excitement of the move with a few challenges but after a few long days the benefits that we sought were and are clear to see. With the support of Hannah throughout the process and latterly Ian the site contact who has been so eager to make sure that the early issues are dealt with promptly. Into our third week we are still going through snagging but the only major isssue of any real concern is the grass that has not dealt with the rain at all well. But Ian has a plan to address it and Im convinced that we will get to a solution. The decision to buy Morris was on quality of the build and location, after a few weeks we might have regretted the upheaval of the move but havent doubted we made the right choice to move to Morris Homes at Kirkham.

I absolutely love my home on Morris homes - Broadacre! I bought my house around 6 months ago, this is the first time I've bought a new build house and wasn't sure what to expect but (despite what some of these reviews might say about Morris) my experience has been flawless. Throughout my purchase I dealt with Lizette - she was helpful, knowledgeable and was always there to answer any questions! The quality of my home is superb - way above what I expected and what I had seen from other house builders - its clear the construction team take the time to get this right and care about the product they are selling, it's a fantastic development!! Great builders with excellent customer support

We were looking at buying a house in Peterborough, more specifically in the Hampton area, when we met Rob at the Hampton Water development. Rob helped us a lot by taking his time to explain the whole new build purchasing process and he gave us helpful advice on the sale of our property too. He explained each of the many different ways Morris Homes could help to make the process as simple as possible. When we were ready to reserve our new home Rob did his absolutely best to get us our dream home we fell in love with, that we didn't think we could get. Rob has been in touch with us and updating us on the progress of the purchase regularly, and he even helped us resolving a communication issue between the solicitors involved in the process to avoid any delays. We are very happy with Rob and we are glad he is our sales agent from Morris Homes. Having come from a different developer's new build house, we are glad to see Morris Homes is building high quality homes and they are actually better than most big brands out there. We would definitely recommend Morris Homes to our friends and family over any other builders we've met so far.

Any snags on the house was dealt with swiftly. The site manager called round on a few occasions to make sure that the snags were being rectified to a good standard.We had problems with people taking a shortcut and walking across our front garden.Within days of mentioning this, Morris home had extended the metal rails and put a hedge in. We bought a house on St Mary’s Park in Preston, and from the minute we met Carol, the sales agent, we were blown away with the sheer care we were shown to our needs and what was important to us. Buying a new home for anyone is a huge decision and purchase as was even more so for us as we were moving into a completely different area. From the first visit to every other visit, even if it was to watch the progress of the build, Carol was just amazing, along with Vicky too, following that we met with Shawn the site manager who again has been incredible and any little detail which just needed a quick fix after moving in, he along with Lewis have been extremely supportive, helpful and have completed any snagging without question or hesitation and with a friendly face and a smile.This is not my first purchase of a new home, however, the service level throughout from Morris has been nothing more that outstanding.
