Professionalism and friendliness

This is my first experience renting privately, I was shown the property by Amy and my offer and subsequent application process was handled by them, Saffron, and Muskan. I was made to feel extremely at ease asking any and all questions (no matter how small!) and was at no point made to feel like a bother, something that I found highly reassuring due to being someone with anxiety. I was assigned Jaymie Cobb as my property manager, and they have been extremely prompt in replies to any teething issues since moving in, alongside taking the time to call me personally on my move in day to make sure I knew who they were and how to get hold of them should I need too. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received, and the effort the staff I've worked with has put into ensuring everything goes smoothly and to ease any anxiety has really shown. Successful House Sale

We started the sale of our house with another agent which wasn’t going well and so we invited Roman’s to make a difference. The manager - Matt White had kept in close contact with us and made some suggestions about the new marketing plan. Within a few days his team had arranged three viewings, on the same day and we received two offers a few days later! After accepting an offer, the sales process was managed by their Move Manager who has been in regular contact and facilitated all parties, to ensure a smooth contract exchange. We are extremely pleased with all the support we have received from the Fleet Team and look forward to concluding the sale next month. Thank you.

Disgusting and Dishonest company especially the High Wycombe branch and property management manager called 'Stacey Cowap' (Avoid her at all costs)They have lied and have cheated there way to stealing money from me from my deposit, I actually cannot believe the complete load of rubbish they have made up - This company needs to be exposed on a wider scale so that they cannot get away with this anymore!!!!

Have been using Romans for over 17 years and have in general found them easy to work, and most importantly they have always have tenants ready to move in when the previous tenant leaves. I've been a private renter now with Romans for 8 years and it's been a stressless time throughout. On the odd occasions I've needed to report a repair, these have been dealt within a very reasonable time frame and to good standard. I absolutely love the property I reside in and I can't ask for a better Rental Agent who helped me from the very start of my journey to this point, if totally honest. Bunch of pathetic individuals claiming to be good estate agents

I recently had an experience with the company's valuation process that has raised some serious concerns. It appears that there may be issues with fairness and trustworthiness in the Reading office.Throughout my interaction with an individual in the Reading office, I encountered what I believe to be unilateral discrimination. This came as a shock and is completely unacceptable, especially in the professional world where equality and fairness should be paramount.What's even more troubling is the perception that this discriminatory behaviour seemed to be supported by the team manager within the company. Such support for unfair practices is deeply concerning and needs to be addressed promptly.In my opinion, it's crucial for the company to reevaluate its valuation process and the individuals responsible for making these important decisions. A transparent and equitable process is essential for trust and confidence in any business.While I have reservations about my experience, I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure a more trustworthy and fair valuation process in the future.It’s Reading branch

So much for 28 days

The team seamed incompetent to deal with the sale effectively, granted the property was a repossession. In the future they should ensure they have all information pertaining to the property before listing it on the market, especially if they are going to push for a 28 day exchange. Mine took 6 months in the end.

The Worst Estate Agent I have ever dealt with

If I could give no stars I would. The communication is terrible, I have been a Tennant with one of their managed properties for over a year. They don't respond to our calls or emails unless we chase several times. Then it still takes weeks.Everything they respond with is incorrect and not relevant to our contract or property, we have never received information that is correct or useful.Avoid at all costs, you will waste days of your life trying to get a simple yes or no answer that is factually correct.
