They were quick in responding to any requests we had for the landlord and also gave us all the information that we needed for a smooth transition. My partner and I have recently moved in to a property with the help of Amanda from Romans and she couldn’t have made the process any easier for us. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup towards the end where Romans weren’t at fault, yet she swiftly sorted the issue for us. Any questions we had, she was there to answer straight away and there wasn’t a moment where we were left in the dark at all. Her frequent communication with us was so so helpful seeing as this was the first time we had moved out and she made it feel easy. If you’re going to rent through Romans, definitely ask for Amanda! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Been a client with Romans for the third year now and they have always been wonderful with their customer service may it be Maint., Property manager or admin staff.Dealing with Jessica Philips our Property Manager for a while now and she has been amazing. She always delivers and is very reliable. Has exceptional customer service qualities. Very swift with her replies and accommodating to our requests. She provides high quality service, is responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this real estate property management to those who want smooth transactions.Wonderful management. Very communicative and patient with customers as well as quick to fix any issues you may have with the property you rent.

We do not recommend Romans as letting agents. There are so many 'add on' fees and charges. It was impossible to speak to anyone, who could help us. It took six months, after our tenants had moved out, to receive reimbursement for the damages caused to our property. We would not use Romans, to let out our property, again.

The senior property manager has been with us on this journey when I became a landlord. She is quick in responding to my queries and has arranged promptly for any maintenance work required at the property or for any other issues raised by the tenant. The continuity is great as she is the only agent, I have known during my rental experience and is one of the factors why I have chosen to remain with Romans.

We've had a great experience using romans to rent our first house. Me and my partner have just got the keys to our new home and romans have made the whole process as simple as possible for us. The team and Jonathan Randall in particular who has been our main point of contact has been overly helpful and quick, we saw the house just over two weeks ago and we finalised and got the keys yesterday. We would like to thank him for all his help and making the experience positive for us.

Bracknell branch Absolutely shocking attitude towards my daughter. Discrimination because she's on universal credit. Had a guarantor the landlord accepted her for the property but the financial reference at Romans said no. They cause upset and stress totally unprofessional. My son in law had same experience in Ashford Surrey . Stay well away from Romans they are liars and make it up as they go along we are now seeking advice against them
