GoogleBradley was super helpful with all the information about the flat and answered all of our questions extremely quickly and extremely informatively. Was great on the viewing and took all the time we needed as my mate was on FaceTime. Helped with sorting everything for a nice smooth move in date and is still on hand if we need him....thankyou!

GoogleIn an exhausting and often stressful property search, Alex Da Silva Marla from KFH was the first agent we worked with (out of a lot of other agencies) not to falsely oversell the property or pressure us into making an offer on it - instead making us feel relaxed, at ease, and free to ask any questions we needed. We felt that Alex really fought our corner and managed to secure us a property against other offers. Communication was excellent (a viewing was arranged promptly for the same day upon being contacted about the property) and efficient. GoogleI used KFH to find and buy a new home in Battersea. Ina from the Battersea office was my "go-to" person. She was very impressive, having a great knowledge of the area (she actively listened to what I wanted to buy, and took me to see various properties which were all of interest - rather than doing what some estate agents have done before, which is to ignore what I want and take me to properties they want to sell me!). Throughout the buying process Ina was the stand-out person who was incredibly responsive, and very good at managing and coordinating often chaotic solicitors in order to get the sale through before the SDLT deadline. She did an enormous amount of work behind the scenes after the sale was agreed and I'm very appreciative. She was also uplifting to work with on what can be a very stressful life experience. Lastly, whenever I spoke to anyone else in the office they were always very "on it" and personable. GoogleOf course, buying your first home is hugely exciting, but it also comprises some nerves, a touch of anxiety having saved month after month, year after year and just the general stress of it! However, dealing with RKH and in particular Rita and the team at the Battersea branch, they exceeded all expectation and minimalised all the above emotions and feelings. Highly professional, attentive, always at the end of the phone and even when clearly tired after a long week and still in the office late Friday eve, Rita and team were always accommodating and there to help. Couldn’t recommend more highly. A huge thanks for all their efforts.
