KFH staff over the years have been reliable helpful. Assisting in all matters of renting. Tatiana in particular has gone the extra mile. Would recommend KFH as an efficient friendly service

Easy to deal with however having met the Sales Manager once I was then serviced by the Sales Assistant Manager; I never met her in person which would have been useful. They dealt with our buyer efficiently.PositiveResponsiveness

Over promised, under delivered, and they would rather compromise on a tenant's safety than a landlord. If you are looking for a rental, rather avoid. Not even an apology from the Letting Negotiator.

If you are looking for a rental agent that ask the right question's and matches with the right rental, keeps you informed but not overbearing then James bancroft is your man. . Five stars is not enough for the customer service he offers.
