GoogleKFH were very fast to respond to my requests and easily had the largest supply of excellent properties in the local market. In particular I found Rita to be highly effective and excellent to work with. She has an ability to cut through the inevitable fuss that comes with buying a home and make sure everyone involved is pulling in the same direction. Highly recommended.

GoogleGreat customer service from this team at KFH who were very positive and managed to secure a tenant within a week of getting the flat, beating another local agent who had it for longer. Their enthusiasm I am sure helped secure the tenancy. In particular, Omar did a fantastic job keeping me informed at all stages, managing my expectations and requirements. Have a great Christmas!

GoogleHaving used another local estate agent and not getting many viewings and little feedback, we looked to KFH. They immediately organised a huge number of viewings. They gave constructive advice on what we needed to do and we received an offer. Throughout the conveyancing process they were responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

I find them to be the most pleasant of the estate agents to deal with, their staff are friendly and approachable.
