I can't recommend Isabelle Roochove highly enough! From the moment we started working together, her dedication and professionalism have truly stood out. A few months ago, I encountered an unfortunate situation when the property I had my heart set on fell through (no fault of hers). I was so impressed with her service that I decided to reach out directly when I found another property on KFH’s website, even though it was not initially her listing. To my delight, she quickly took over the listing and offered me her full support. What particularly impressed me was how quickly Isabelle established a strong rapport with the seller and learnt all the ins and outs of the property, making it seem as though she had been on the listing from the very beginning. Her ability to adapt and connect seamlessly with all parties involved was commendable. Isabelle has been incredible throughout the entire process. She promptly answered all my questions and often went the extra mile, even working late to accommodate my schedule. We enlisted the help of the Clapham Junction branch to sell our apartment in the summer of 2025. We secured several viewings, but no serious offers, until Emilia Minopoli from the neighbouring Battersea Park branch suggested that one of her clients take a look. From my understanding, the client, who became our buyer just a few months later, hadn't previously considered moving to our specific neck of the woods. So, not to diminish the efforts of everyone involved (I appreciate there was a lot of work behind the scenes), but I suspect our apartment would not have sold as quickly without Emilia's intervention. She is proactive, knowledgeable and reliable. We are particularly grateful for her advice and reassurance throughout the sale process.

Very disappointed with how this process was handled. From the outset, the property was incorrectly advertised as being on the second and third floor, when it was in fact on the third and fourth floor. Additionally, the listing did not clarify that the price was non-negotiable, nor did it state “offers in excess of” or “guide price.” This lack of clarity from day one resulted in unnecessary time being wasted. The offer process itself lacked transparency. I was not informed that the situation had moved to a “best and final” stage, nor was I told this would be my last opportunity to increase my offer. I was also not clearly given the chance to revise my offer after being told there was other interest. Generic statements such as “there are other buyers” are commonly used in this industry and do not clearly indicate a final competitive bidding process. Clear and explicit communication is essential when buyers are expected to make major financial decisions. I also requested that my higher offer of £510,000 be communicated to the vendor. This either did not happen or was done too late, which raises serious concerns about how the offers were handled and whether the vendor was fully informed in time. Overall, the process felt unclear, poorly communicated, and avoidably frustrating. With accurate advertising and transparent handling of offers, this situation could have been managed far better.

I can’t thank Michael and Rita at KFH enough for everything they did to help me buy my first home. From the very start Michael was helpful, knowledgable, and incredibly transparent. Communication was brilliant throughout despite how busy they were. We had issues with our lawyers (we went with a firm KFH recommended and were disappointed so would suggest doing your own research) but Michael and Rita stepped in to keep the process moving and helped me complete before the 1st April. They are one of the few reasons I remained sane. Really good people and great service- couldn’t recommend enough.
