GoogleAfter dealing with a couple of very poor letting agents in Bath, I am delighted with Zest. They have been very helpful and our move was very smooth. They even accommodated a viewing on a Saturday. We are having problems with our shower going hot and cold, and Lucy has been great at communicating what she is doing about it to help and I'm confident that it will be resolved as quickly as possible. The best letting agency I have ever dealt with in Bath.

GoogleI have several properties to let but this latest one was in a different area and I chose Zest from recommendation and I have been more than happy with my choice. I like the fact that they are not pushy. They have a wonderful staff who are all very likeable which makes the job much friendlier than I expected. I had great advice and choices for whole package, half package and just "find a tenant" options. They certainly did as they said on the tin and found a suitable tenant for me and sent several possible prospective tenants around as soon as they advertised it. They found a tenant within 7 to 10 days. Excellent. Thank you Team Zest!
