I was looking to sell my flat and like many people, had many estate agents come and provide me a valuation. I choose Zest because they gave me a fair price (rather than the inflated price) and came across professional whilst also having my best interest in the sale. When I said I wanted to sell my flat with dignity, Lisa echoed that ethos. Their valuation was on the money as I got very close to the asking price. All the viewings were well organised and I had an offer on my flat within 4 weeks of it being on the market. Alex, was fantastic at keeping me updated about the feedback from the viewings as well as the whole process. I heard that selling a property can get stressful but I didn’t once feel that, thanks to Alex’s attention to detail and genuine want to help me sell the flat. Thanks so much guys!

I would like to thank Kate from Zest for helping with a number of issues the builder working on the property above had caused. She promptly discussed these issues with the builder and provided reassurance to me and the other tenant at the property. Zest utilises a fairly standard maintenance reporting system called Fixflo, nothing revolutionary here, at least they’ve not tried to do something with AI (please please please don’t integrate a half-baked AI chat bot into your website - they theyre terrible and I hope no one has to interact with such systems). They do try and press you to sign up to Tili which is a god awful platform from Goodlord, presumably to upsell package bills which are crazy over priced, or to get consumer data from students, either way, please stop doing that and let the students decide which provider they want to go with. I can’t speak much for viewings and lettings side of things

Excellent service from David and his team for the sale of a late relatives house. We found there was great attention to detail which we valued, and have found lacking in other agents previously. From the initial meeting there were proper answers to questions we had, and practical solutions. David never gave evasive answers that glazed over the detail in order to obtain our instruction. I’ve been a student living in my flat for just under a month now and I have to say that I would already not rent with Zest again. When signing our contracts, Zest made a mistake with some of the official documents, requiring us to resign all of our documents, making one of our tenants nervous, ultimately resulting in her dropping out of our house and once we had found a replacement tenant, the documents were no longer viable due to a change in the renters rights agreement changes in early 2026. When moving in, a painter was still renovating our property, removing mold and painting. our bathroom wasn’t aired properly and on top of all this, a TV which was promised to us to have been installed on arrival, wasn’t there. we still haven’t received one, despite messaging our landlords multiple times over this. Our electrics keep tripping and we cannot access our heating as it is protected by a pin that isn’t known by our landlord or Zest. Severely disappointed and would not recommend.
