TrustpilotThe estate agent was fast and efficient
The estate agent was fast and efficient. We called the estate agent that we are interested in the property and within an hour we were able to view the property, sent our references that day and accepted the following day.

GoogleA pleasure to work with Alex an the team to list and sell my house in Bath. They had great communication unlike my previous Agent and we're thorough in vetting buyers in advance of viewings so no time wasters! Quick feedback from viewings and flexible working hours to fit around working from home. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotAvoid
I had a really disappointing experience with the agent. Inaccurate and misleading information given regarding the properties, missed every possible deadline, unexplained delays and difficult communication. Avoid.

GoogleHaving been recommended by a friend, I received a great service from the guys at Strattons, having struggled to sell my property the previous year. The ad went live very quickly, attracted interest almost immediately, and led to a fast sale agreement. Thanks for your hard work.

GoogleAlex at Strattons was absolutely amazing! I totally underestimated the role of the estate agent and what an integral part of the process they would be. I can’t recommend them enough, it was like having a best mate that understood all my ups and downs along the way. Thank you!!
