Disappointing agent. Say they’ll call you back and they don’t. All they can do is ask me for my number. They still don’t call back. Even on viewings the agent was lost. Only the manager could perform. They hired a young team who are just rude and lack phone etiquette.

Dishonest people at Street Ahead Croydon. Took reservation fee of £350. The document given clearly says "if you should change your mind and we have already referenced you, we will deduct the cost of £138.00 (Incl. VAT) per tenant referenced and refund the remainder." Didn't get any refund, called and emailed many times.

Attempted a fraudulent eviction of tenants to gain commission on the sale of the property. Local council stepped in, to stop the eviction. Did not forward important mail to landlord. Landlord eventually fired the agency.

I wouldn’t rent from these people. They take months to do essential repairs and the people they send to do them don’t do them properly anyway. They ignore your calls and emails for days and yet when they email you expect to be harassed unless you give them a speedy reply.
