Very capable hands with KF-managed flats

I've just moved out of my Knight Frank-managed flat after 4 years and I'm going to miss their level of service!Jason has done a fantastic job looking after things for us, considering the nightmare of a landlord we had. Halfway through our tenancy our landlord became incredibly (well, completely) absent and somehow Knight Frank / Jason made it possible to live through that. Emergency and other important issues were able to be addressed nonetheless.I know these folks (Jason, Sabriye) look after many, many properties so a big thank-you for helping us over the years, always in a very professional and sympathetic manner.

Knight Frank in Richmond

Knight Frank in Richmond were recommended to me by someone else who used to live in the block of flats where I was living at the time. I had always thought that Knight Frank only marketed properties with a value of at least £1 million and that my flat valued at £600K would not be of interest to them. This was not the case and Knight Frank were very proactive in getting viewings and in me eventually receiving an acceptable offer.There was a short chain involved and there was an extended exchange of contracts process, which was primarily the fault of the management company in the block of flats where I am now living. Knight Frank again were excellent in getting involved in chasing matters up with everyone involved in the process.Ten out of ten as far as I am concerned.

The whole Basingstoke team were highly professional at all times. Mark Thomas was our main agent, his availability to respond to any email we sent was fantastic and we would normally get a response within 20 minutes (7 days a week). Prior to our property hitting the market, Marks whole team arranged a meeting at our property to have a look round and ask questions so they were all familiar with the property, and better prepared to answer any questions. A great idea we thought, one that we hadn’t experienced in the past! Really a great experience with Knight Frank, and a definite recommendation.

Long term Knight Frank experience

I've engaged Knight Frank for a long time to rent out my flat. Mostly positive experiences, they are good at finding paying tenants. KF contractors are a little pricey but it's the same across many agencies. Latterly, Ewelina Calka in Baker Street office in Marylebone has been very good to work with, and patient in handling various tenants and repairs.

We sold our house through Knight Frank during Winter 2024/25. Helen was brilliant from the off. Through the highs and lows of the process, I always felt she was on the ball, pushing and cajoling to ensure the sale progressed. Our chain was tricky, to say the least and in the final days when it all got very tense, Helen’s skill and expertise in managing people and the conveyancing process shone through. Without Helen, I don’t believe we would have managed to keep the chain together. Thank you!
