Knight Frank managed the sale of our property and were excellent. Sam and the team were professional, straightforward and extremely easy to deal with. Estate agents don't have the best 'rep' but in all honesty Sam and the team couldn't have been more different. They were helpful, honest, down to earth, realistic and very responsive. Sam helped us achieve a good, fair price without any of the silliness associated with unrealistic valuations. He also helped guide us to the right buyer whom we hope will love the house as we did. Our sale was made a little more tricky in that our purchase fell through. Sam was level headed and worked with the buyers to keep everything on track whist we found temporary accommodation. Working with Knight Frank was an absolute pleasure. Professional, responsive and with great insight on the local market and understanding of our needs. We were relocating back from California during the pandemic, when the market was melting up - so it was a very tough market as a buyer, in particular physically located outside the country. Sam Daniels was a super star, helping co-ordinate video viewings across his team. He was honest and straight forward when guiding us on making an offer, and importantly took us very seriously. It's worth noting that other estate agents in bath (no names mentioned, Crisp Cowley) were both rude and arrogant - not taking us seriously. The complete opposite of the treatment we received from Sam and team. Knight Frank helped us buy our dream home, in a very tough market, while we were overseas and spent many hours guiding the process so that we as the buyer and the vendor felt secure that the deal would complete - and with the bonus of having it move ahead before the stamp duty holiday ended. Further Sam actually saved us 10's of thousands, by advising we investigate the ability to claim dual dwelling tax relief, something my solicitors were un-aware of and had to be pushed on. Knight Frank Bath have been excellent, from the very first meeting to the completion and key handover. Quite simply the best experience we have had so far with any estate agent, having purchased and sold more than 6 properties over the last 25 years, and having dealt with the other two of the 'top three' agencies on different properties. That is not to say the 'other two' were unsatisfactory in any way shape or form, it is just that the people at Knight Frank Bath make that special little difference, an important difference, a different kind of ethos. Francesca especially, continually going above and beyond the call of duty, demonstrating professionalism with genuine care. Would not hesitate to recommend, even for the most unique of properties.

I let a small property with Knight Frank - tiny relative to most of their clients I imagine - but the service I receive from George Manolache is exemplary. The real win is the personal touch - the humanity and understanding in all correspondences for landlord and tenant alike. George sorts out all the usual property issues when letting, but exhibits understanding of situation and context and perhaps most importantly, the people involved. I let a few properties, George is by far the most amiable, as well as efficient person I deal with, and I appreciate his calm demeanour.
