Awful . Arranged valuation and to discuss selling , when they didn’t turn up and I called to enquire what had happened and to rebook , a very rude lady told me she didn’t know what had happened , I couldn’t rebook and hung up on me !

Despite circumstances beyond all our control, Francesca at Knight Frank remained enthusiastic and committed throughout. She handles all situations, however tricky or awkward with a grace which is admirable. I have both bought and sold a house with Knight Frank Bath and in both instances Charlie, Francesa and their team have made these processes as smooth and easy as they can be.

On the first occasion our buyer unfortunately pulled out at the last minute, however Francesca showed real resilience and skill in demonstrating the best attributes of our property to the market and in due course achieved a sale price for us we consider above market level. As an Estate Manager for John Lewis I have many years of experience of agents, albeit in the field of retail property. Im happy to confirm that she possesses all the many qualities that make for an excellent agent.

GoogleFrancesca recently sold my house in Bathford and was absolutely excellent. She understands the Bath market incredibly well, and managed our expectations about pricing in way that turned out to be spot on. We had to sell quite unexpectedly because we had found the perfect property to buy - before we'd even put ours on the market. What I was particularly impressed with was that she could have pushed the buyer for a little more money which would have secured her more commission, but she didn't because she realised how important the relationship with the (cash) buyers was, to secure the deal in a tricky market. This meant that when a few post SSTC issues were identified, she had a good relationship and was able to work with the buyer to resolve the issues so everyone was happy. What could have been a massively stressful process was made easy by Fran. I think Knight Frank are currently right on the money in terms of pricing and the market. They have a great database of potential clients and are clearly well connected with the nationals, as our house featured as one of the houses of the week in the Times! All the Bath team supported Francesca well - the other lady who did the viewings was equally as passionate and informed as Fran, and the back office were great at managing the viewings and keeping me informed, as well as chasing the relevant parties through to the successful exchange. Couldn't recommend Knight Frank and Francesca highly enough!

It wasn't straightforward at times but Francesca Leighton-Scott, who managed the sale, was brilliant and supportive throughout the entire process. Fran communicated with us really well through every stage and mediated with our buyers when things got a bit rough. She was very supportive when things got stressful and we never once wavered in our belief that she would get our sale over the line. We are immensely grateful to Fran and would recommend her without hesitation.

It was very unprofessional of them putting up "sold" sign outside our house without asking for permission. I have specifically said at the beginning of the sale not to put up a sign. Despite asking them to remove it, I came home today, it is still there. It is very unprofessional!
