Very thorough, even-handed, persistent in dealing with problems, and responsive when dealing with queries. The team communicated well and understood our needs and preferences. My tenancy is still ongoing but I wanted write this review because Knight Frank has been very good so far. In particular, Rachel Yang (Property Manager) is very good to deal with. She is polite and listens to issues. She has tried her best efforts to help me with issues and helps get to a good resolution (or compromise with the landlord). She acknowledges where contractors, plumbers, etc are being difficult and takes charge to get things done. I really appreciate her efforts and services. I hope I continue to receive good service from Knight Frank! I have dealt with other agencies before but they are definitely better than the others.

I have been renting a flat with this agency for over a year now and I’m really happy with their great work. Our agent Toru shows himself always available and he does he’s best to solve our issues quickly and effectively. Like recently with a malfunction in our boiler that was solved in the same day.
