I want to draw attention to the immediate impact my new Property Manager Ruby Goddard has made. Upon taking over my account she had to sort through and relay a number of costly unresolved issues (not the best way to be introduced to a client). We worked together and within three days she clarified, negotiated and settled action to be taken - I couldn't ask for better. Vinnie from Tower Bridge was a fantastic help for us finding a flat. He was knowledgeable about the properties, open and honest, and was able to provide a tour of all of the amenities in the building through the good relationships he clearly had there. Additionally, Vinnie was able to communicate with the landlord and efficiently achieve mutually agreeable terms for our tenancy period. I would recommend his services to others.
