On the initial visit Tom was genuinely interested in the property and asked very relevant questions to flush out any issues which could affect the sale, from septic tank to boundaries and drains. Since then the support from Fiona has been outstanding - she has become a friend in very stressful circumstances as well as being an efficient and effective partner who was ahead of the game and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We have recently bought two houses and also sold a house through Charlie Taylor at Knight Frank, all the transaction's were handled impeccably. The most impressive thing about Knight Frank is that they handle buyers and sellers honestly, concisely and fairly. Charlie has fantastic communication skills, he understands the art of deal better than any other agent Ive ever come across. We will always use KF.
