GoogleWe found Fidelis by chance when looking to sell our house and are so glad we did. Their honesty, experience and clear communication made them a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, and they didn't undervalue our house just to shift it quickly (which some agents will). We want to live in our new home for a good few years yet, but when the time comes to sell we'll give them another call!

The sales team in twickenham were incredible. Our house was a ‘fixer upper’ and not always to everyone’s taste but they provided a strong stream of potential buyers and diligently took it completion efficiently and effectively. They were nice to work with and show real knowledge of the local market. They didn’t fob us off with sales statistic but simply delivered results.

GoogleWe recently completed our purchase through Fidelis Estate Agents and just wanted to say how very pleased we were with the way everything was handled, from the first 'open house' through to moving day. Both Mark and Patrick responded very quickly to our (multiple) requests and soothed lots of frazzled nerves. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and if we ever move (which I seriously doubt!) would definitely look to sell through them.

GoogleReally lovely people, very helpful. It would have been 5 stars but they've been bought out recently and (as far as I can tell) have switched to using a company called Mainstay for maintenance. Their reviews are particularly poor and, from my experience so far, I can see why.

A bit of Flapsy-Hapsy management, but overall, a good effort to resolve issues.On a scale of dealing with estate agents in London (which is generally opinionated and appalling), I would (to date) give this one a 7/10 based of effort to respond and resolve issues. Like must businesses, in the final analysis, it’s down to the quality of people and simplicity of policies.
