Having known Carter Jonas and specifically Sharon and Jon, professionally for some years we had no hesitation in asking for their help to find tenants for our property. They handled the matter well, in fact the same family have been with us now for more than 2 years and continuing. While we only required them to find tenants they have kept in touch and for instance, make sure the agreement and deposit is renewed appropriately. Last year while abroad for an extended period they took on full management temporarily which was no trouble at all. Over the years I have dealt with many letting agents and am happy to recommend CJ as amoung the best. if not the best.
