I have been working really hard trying to find a property ro rent for my son & daughter. After finding a 2 bedroom home via Andrews I gave them a call.Spent time talking to the agent & being registered. Was informed on Monday 8th April we could view the property in question on Thursday 11th April at 11:30, however they would have to confirm with the landlord & would send a txt & email as soon it was booked in.My son booked the morning off work to prepare for the viewing. However we never received a txt or email, I then called Andrews twice on Wednesday 10th twice (morning & afternoon), both times getting an answer phone asking me to leave my name, number & reason for calling & someone would call me back. NOT at anytime did we receive a call back or an email, txt for the viewing. Andrews have completely let us down. How disrespectful & unprofessional Andrews have been to us. We have been treated terrible!

My husband and I approached Mukul Mehta Mortgage and Protection Advisor at Kingsbury Office to help as with our first mortgage .We didn't have much experience in property financing also mortgages .Mukul was really good at explaining how the things works also provide really good information and made the process easy to understand .Everything flow smooth and rapid. He answered the telephone also emails every time we contacted him giving as the updates. It started with the servicing of the yearly gas installations. I then reported two other problems to Andrews through Jenine Derbyshire I was amazed how she quickly and efficiently responded to my request. Within two days of reporting an engineer was sent to sort out the problems. I have lived in this house since 2005, I have many occasions waited for over a week to receive a service after reporting, I am glad for this efficient response, shows care for the client, this is professionalism at its best , thanks, Janine . I would also would like to appreciate the mannerisms and professionalism of the engineer from New Heating Ltd ,has been a delight to work with.

Be aware that they recommend to the buyer's associated mortgage advisors and conveyancing company! I lost the first sale thanks to a DC Law solicitor. Selling for the second time, two months in and they are slowing the process thanks to their mortgage advisor. The buyer was told to wait with the mortgage application.If you are willing to loose time and money this agency is for you!
Dear Izabela ,Thank you for your review, of course we are disappointed to hear you feel Andrews haven’t lived up to your expectation. We have spoken to the branch who have advised that due to the property being leasehold and shared ownership, enquiries did take longer than anticipated and equally more information was needed than the typical transaction, but we do not feel what Jennifer Oaks was asking was un-reasonable. We understand your buyer has not proceeded to submit their mortgage application just yet, however this is due to the chain being in-complete and thus they wanted to hold off until then due to mortgage offers expiring within 3-6 months. Please rest assured, our Andrew’s mortgage advisor has no concerns on the mortgage application and is ready to submit it when we have complete chain and is confident on a quick turn-around. We also note the buyers have started the legal process and making good progress on this. Please liaise with the branch manager for further information.

Hayley T was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Definitely went way and beyond the call of duty. We walked into APG ready to have a moan about the lack of response from one of the APG team following us viewing a property 4 days ago and having heard nothing despite 3 chasers from us. Instead Hayley arranged a 2nd viewing and, as no one else was available, said she would attend herself. Hayley has an excellent "can do" attitude and fully understands the meaning of customer service - a rare creature these days.

I recently accompanied my friend on a (successful) house viewing. Emily (Woodman) was such a delight and genuinely seemed interested in making sure the property was the right place for my friend. She was super helpful and kind, answering any and all questions. Makes me wish she was my estate agent! She’s also been so wonderful helping my friend sort everything with paper work etc, having a turnaround of less than a week from viewing to getting the keys!
