Holly did a very good job keeping me up to date every step of the way when I put my house up for sale. When the first buyer dropped out Andrews remarketed and sold it again within a week. If Holly was unavailable Lisa got in touch they were an excellent team.

I contacted Andrews as the oven in my rented accommodation had stopped working. It was dealt with by Owen Copson, who arranged for it to be fixed very quickly and efficiently. I also had a follow up email after the job had been completed to check that the work had been done and everything was ok. Very happy. Thank you Owen.

GoogleII am a landlord and have been letting through Andrews in Bath over the past few years. Although there have been ups and downs during that period the manager, Mark Jervis, has always stalwartly supported me, offered advice and ironed out problems expediently. Latterly James Parker was appointed as my property manager. He can always be counted on to be on the end of the phone dealing with issues as they arise professionally and efficiently. His re-assuring, cheerful voice immediately reduces concern. He does not offer platitudes - just good honest quick action. In general I have found the team in Andrews Bath to have provided the level of service that I require in order to operate successfully. Thank you.

GoogleI have to say that all the staff at Andrews have been friendly and helpful. Catriona who did the initial valuation answered all my questions very professionally without being at all pushy. She continued to be helpful and reassuring throughout the sale’s process, keeping me informed about purchases she thought would interest me. All her advice and support was invaluable and made a stressful process totally manageable. Her colleague, Sophie was also wonderful. GoogleWe just received the keys to our rental property today and we are thankful to the entire team that made this possible, most especially Monica Bruton. I have met her during the house viewing and she was very warm and lovely and she was patient in showing me around the property. She answered all of my questions in detail and she was very transparent of what will happen. She also helped us with every step of the way up until we finally were able to settle. We are very thankful and grateful for all her help. The other agents in Andrews that we spoke to (Sam Evans and Emma Wood) were all very professional and guided us well through the process. All in all, this is a great company with a great team and I am glad that our Landlords has chosen them to represent them.

GoogleAndrews Bath were very engaged with us from the outset. Details of suitable properties were sent promptly with further supporting information, which was very helpful. Viewings were arranged without delay, and re-organised to suit us, thank you. Sam Evans was able to give us all the information we needed whilst viewing, and gave us plenty of time to view the different properties even though (we knew) he had a busy schedule. We do not live in the area, but with Sam’s help we viewed, offered, and had our offer accepted in a 48 hour timescale, very impressive! We would wholeheartedly recommend Andrews Bath Office.

Recently Luke took over the management of our block of flats. I have to say, I felt Andrews had not been managing the block brilliantly before, particularly given how expensive they were. But Luke has been responsive, efficient and prudent with managing our money. Lots of lingering issues are being sorted out now. Have been really pleased with him so far. A real breath of fresh air.
