GoogleUnfortunately I have been left incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided by Andrews. We initially had a viewing arranged, which was attended. It was obvious that I had the last slot of the session due to the awkward, unenthusiastic walk around led by a woman called Maddy. At the end of the viewing I asked to continue and apply for the property, despite the viewing dynamics. I was told they would initiate contact regarding the application. I hadn't even driven off after the viewing, when both estate agents also took off, further demonstrating that their concern was the end of their working day. I never received the email containing the application form. I had to ask a second time. My partner and I then filled it out. Obviously filling it out and writing an contextualised cover letter takes time. We then had to wait an extra long time because of the bank holiday weekend to hear back. Following this we didn't receive a phonecall from them yet again. I then phoned myself and whoever picked up didn't have any answers and was clearly not aware of their own current enquiries. Later on that day, I had to phone again and was told that the no one had been chosen as the landlord had decided to not rent it out. The property was then uploaded back onto the market a month later to waste peoples time even further! Andrew's ask for all sorts of fees for their assistance, I believe it's vital that Andrew's need to initiate correspondence and provide full positive engagement. Otherwise I simply don't see how the fees are justified. All in all a waste of time, ultimately responsibility falls on Andrews for not securing an agreement with the landlord that prevents desperate tenants in today's markets time to be wasted.

GoogleI am not the kind of person who feels obliged to write a review just because the service/product has been particularly positive or negative, but on this occasion I consider it to be wholly fair. Andrews Bath Central have been truly excellent in our recent dealings with them. We had specific requirements for a short-term rental, and they were able to advise, guide and provide what we were looking for. We have had contact with a number of people in the office and found them all to be very professional and accommodating. Casey in particular has been excellent. She has a great deal of patience and was able to answer all our queries in a professional and timely manner. Would I recommend them to someone else? Without doubt.

GoogleHad a good experience buying a house with Andrews. Staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful and sent property suggestions that met our criteria. Our agent Zak McCulloch was professional, helpful and responsive from viewing to completion. He was great at keeping us informed about how our sale was progressing and liaising between us and the seller. The sale took a little time and it’s due to Zak’s hard work we were able to finally purchase our lovely home! Would recommend them as a buyer and will keep them in mind if we sell in the future.

GoogleI moved to Bath from Ottawa, Canada and I wasn't fully aware of the complexities of an international move. Emily Woodman, Letting Agent at Andrews, basically had to hold my hand at every step and did a fantastic job. Never did I feel like I was in this move alone. She was responsive, good at pulling in resources or advice when we needed it, but most of all she made me feel like someone was taking a personal interest in my well-being. If all Andrews Agents are like that, I highly recommend this company for property management and I bet they're great at sales, too.
