I cannot recommend Debs Mackenzie from Andrew enough. Always a pleasure to speak to, Debs was always professional and efficient whenever dealing with any issues and I always knew they would be handled as quickly as possible, often the same day. The Andrews staff as a whole were also very good - whenever I had to leave a message, I always had a call back the same day, something that isn't always the case with other companies. Highly Recommended...Shout out to Emma Mussert who was an absolute star. It's great to deal with somebody who goes out of their way to 'own' issues and ensure a resolution. My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. Amazing and professional

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

Although I left a review a few years ago, I felt I had to write another! Andrews have been managing our properties for a long while now, and they have improved significantly since the early days. The staff are friendly, professional and good at communicating, and are on the ball with the latest legislation. I highly recommend them - mainly because I know how frustrating it is to have a bad management service, having had one in the past. Andrews currently have a well-trained honest team that's well managed and they take away all the stress which comes from owning and renting properties. If I was a tenant in the South West, I'd honestly choose Andrews - they really have their customers' best interests at heart.

Company is very professional, but I would say their letting process was a bit tiring. There was a lot to do, especially while you are dealing with other things it was almost making you change your mind.
