I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

I've used Andrew's in the past and I've always found them a lot better than most other estate agents so they were my preferred choice and they did not disappoint me. Originally Dan came round to look at my property and he was friendly, informative, trustworthy and helpful. I knew straight away that I would be using Andrew's after our appointment. He made everything so easy. My house went on the market and was snapped up straight away, at a price I was more than happy with. Isabelle was great with communication and very helpful during the viewings and I never had to chase anyone for anything. I honestly felt like I was in such good hands that I didn't even give anything a second thought.After the property was let I dealt with Molly and Isobelle and they were both so lovely and amazing at their jobs. Andrews definitely knows how to employ brilliant staff and they are all a credit to the company. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again anytime I need an estate agent.

Andrews have been managing my property for around 30 years and I've been very satisfied with their service during that time. They are always efficient, reliable and professional, advising me in a timely manner of any problems my tenants may have and what will be involved (time and cost) in putting them right.They have also found replacement tenants when necessary very quickly, so my property has very rarely been empty.Sarah Newman is my current contact and is excellent, and all agents I've worked with over the years have all been very professional too.Highly recommend Andrews.

GoogleWe live overseas and came back to the UK for a short period in July/August. We were very lucky to meet Sophie Howill who helped us find our perfect new home in the centre of Bath. From the outset, Sophie understood our time restrictions and showed us back-to-back flats, one of which we fell in love with. Sophie arranged 3 viewings of the flat in a week and we made an offer. Since agreeing to the purchase, Sophie has been on hand 24/7 to help manage things with the vendor and ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. We completed today and couldn’t be happier. I’d fully recommend Sophie to anyone looking to buy in or around Bath as she’s been a pleasure to work with.

I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days.Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have. It has been an absolute blessing to have him as an agent during what has been quite a stressful experience for the most part, and I am now all ready to move end of this month! Thank you Ben! :-)
