Take their money and do nothing. Communal areas complete filth and outside areas falling apart. Do not come back to you, just ignore. My opinion is avoid like the plague for property management.Little update: Andrews advise the rats, maggots, filth, weeds, broken fencing, communal area being cleaned only once in the past year etc… are a result of the contract they are bound by and the buildings Directors not them. Not sure if that effects the rating as Andrews did sign up to these terms but you can make your own mind up.

Andrews can only take actions as agreed with those Directors and within the budget set. Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I had been anticipating a hard-sell approach and was very pleasantly surprised that this was nothing like the service provided. I own my flat but share a communal hall way and front door. I pay towards any maintenance and repairs shared by all the residents. I contacted Molly with regards to a new front door and in no time Molly had a quote, how much my share would be and also chased the job until it was completed.
