An excellent service throughout

I can wholeheartedly recommend the services of this estate agency, recommended to us by a friend. Initially it was the cheaper charges and speed of response that attracted us, but later it was the kindness & support offered, even after completion, that I valued more.We were in a chain & Antony Perez looked after us for the 6 months it took for our sale to complete. He was professional, helpful and reassuring, remaining unfailing courteous even when we were irritable & stressed.

Friendly and professional service

Andrews worked hard to find us buyers when interest rates were fluctuating a lot. They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and they always took pains to make sure we understood what was happening with our sale.

Dreadful service, awfully slow, negligent, understaffed and overpriced No one ever picks up when you call, or responds to your voicemails. They take weeks to respond to emails, and MONTHS for simple problems to be solved, after dozens of emails, phone calls and broken promises. Excuses constantly given such as lack of staff, but they seem to make no effort to fix this their end. So why should we have to pay the normal rate for an understaffed service? We've been through 3 property managers, none of whom ever have the time to deal with our problems. There is a total lack of communication between the staff and logged, recorded issues get lost time and time again. But when there is a mix up with the landlord's paying for an extra set of keys, then they are instantly hassling you via threatening emails (sent out of working hours) demanding money that you don't owe! My experience buying a house through Andrews was ultimately a very good one. This was due to the hard work of Kate Cullen. despite a fair amount of turbulence through the process, with a fair number of issues popping up/going wrong along the way (generally to do with the seller/tenants, so no fault of Andrews) Kate was always ready to sort everything out with minimal input from me. I view her as a no-nonsense "fixer" who will take full responsibility of solving any issues that crop up, working very hard to make everyones lives a lot easier. Thank you for your outstanding work Kate!

Trying to find a house has been an absolute roller-coaster of a ride, my flat mate and I started looking in January ready to move at the end of March, we had no luck finding anywhere that was available at that time or willing to take sharers. By chance we had a viewing for a property that James took for us, a very kind and caring man which in our personal experience, is a rare thing when looking for properties. He supported us through the application but unfortunately we weren't successful. James went above and beyond to help us find a lovely house right at the last minute. I think without his effort and help we may well have ended up homeless.

Issy took on board my comments regarding the condition of the property, and was at pains to stress their rental properties were usually in a better condition than the one viewed. Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected. Very professional thoughout even when trying to show an apartment that was not in a rentable condition.
