I made the mistake of using a "cheap" online firm of solicitors for the conveyancing process after terms were agreed. Despite great difficulty in contacting them or getting them to process the sale, Emma at the Bear Flat office persevered and finally managed to establish that the solicitor was off sick (probably stress related) and her boss had left! Sale now completed using a different firm but without Emma's significant contribution we would still be stuck.

I have been with Andrews for a couple of years now and I am still very impressed and amazed how they provide excellent services to their tenants, customers and clients. Anything from a little inquiry to biggest repair concerns, they always are on top of it and make sure they are addressed as soon as possible. Very efficient. Amazing, Friendly and got the property sorted in one day!

Today morning I went to visit a property in Bristol by Andrews. I was guided by this lovely lady called Isabelle to view the property. She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord. To my surpise she even managed to get the landlords approval to rent the property on the same day! I was impressed and had a nice experience like never before. Hats off!?

I cannot recommend Russell Clarke highly enough

I cannot recommend Russell Clark? Mortgage and Protection Adviser highly enough. I have used him several times over the last 5 years and on several of these occasions, the house purchases and the associated lending have been highly complex. Russell is so responsive and goes out of his way in order to help resolve issues and obtain what was needed in terms of mortgage and protection.
