This was my second time dealing with this estate agency, and the overall experience was smooth. From the initial viewing of the house through to signing the agreement, everything was handled efficiently. Denise was especially helpful during the moving-in process, managing the viewings, sending the agreement, and guiding us through the early stages. The final inspection of the house, carried out by Kayleigh, was done professionally, on time, and with great care. She made the entire process straightforward and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The only area that could be improved is maintenance. Whenever issues arose during the tenancy, such as leaks or electrical problems, it often required repeated follow-ups, and in some cases, matters were only resolved after the landlord intervened. That said, the overall service and support from the team were good.

It's in the name and it deserves this title, Denise a kind hearted woman who was an expert when it came to explaining the process and helping me attain accomodation always responded in a timely manner and was always more than happy to go out of her way to work around my schedule! I spoke with Ms Anna Winiarczyk earlier today, however the interaction was unhelpful and caused significant concern. She informed me that she had attempted to call me, but I did not receive any calls or missed-call notifications. Shortly after, she emailed asking to call. Due to my circumstances, I asked whether someone could view the property on my behalf. Ms Winiarczyk stated that this was not allowed and then ended the call abruptly without offering any alternative solutions or support. The manner in which the call was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given my urgent housing situation and ongoing family court proceedings. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated, and if clear guidance could be provided regarding viewing arrangements for applicants who live outside Sheffield or have limited ability to attend at short notice. I am also requesting that future communications are handled respectfully and with professionalism.

Remarkably unhelpful when trying to arrange a viewing, only work monday to friday 9am-5pm so if the vendors are not doing the viewings themselves, good luck arranging a viewing if you yourself work conventional office hours, as they are not willing to accommodate.

⚠️ please ignore the reviews that are obviously from friends and family to make this disgraceful company look like a ligitimate bussines. They are nothing more than an appalling dodgy estate agents that have put the tennents through hell. Repairs take months if things are repaired at all and when they actually bother to fulfil their legal obligations the repairs are sub standard and barely last. One tennent had a leaking ceiling and they simply came and painted over it after months of complaining.The council housing standards have had to be called twice to get them to do the repairs and they have just had to be called a third time.We have struggled with a faulty boiler for years which was finally replaced but not before we were left without water and central heating again for days in the middle of winter leaving the tennent's with only a small kettle to wash and clean, and despite one of the tennents being registered disabled. No heaters were even provided. We were due a refund from the landlord however the estate agents only gave us rebates for half of the time we were without then refused to explainwhere the missing days had gone.. They have allowed violent tennents to move in by not vetting correctly, if at all, which has resulted in two tennents being physically assaulted in less than one year resulting in police intervention. The stress and disruption these events have caused to the tennents who have the right to a peacfull existence is criminal. However all you get ftom E.P.S when you complain are fob offs and a complete abandonment of their statutory obligations if you get a reply at all. I could go on and on with incdents but have to stop somewhere. I am currently taking legal action for the undue stress and anxiety this terrible company has caused over the years. Stay away from this corrupt shady organisation is you value your health and sanity. You have been warned. ⚠️ Reply to comment Funny how you now want to 'reach out' now your appalling corrupt business has been called out publicly. 🤣😂🤣 We have to get DMBC involved everytime just to get your sham company to do basic repairs. Not much reaching out going on there is there? 😅🤣😆 Stay away people, these cowboys only want your money and couldn't give a damn about your rights as a tennent. If anyone is in doubt ring DMBC environment enforcement. Oh and they're at it again with the fake reviews to try and counter the truthful negative ones. Don't fall for it, that's a good example of the deceitful tactics they will use once you have had the misfortune of renting from them.

Room has been uninhabitable for over 3 months and this company have done nothing to rectify the problem. They have no respect for the property or take any responsibility for their tenants.
