Amazing experience from start to finish! The property was online within a couple of days of Zoe's initial visit, viewings were booked quickly but with consideration of our schedule - with Kim helping us at all stages of the sale too. Janene was also extremely helpful in chasing all parts of our chain to ensure we completed as fast as possible, keeping everyone up to date with the process. Ed was also really helpful and guided us through all of the paperwork, answering any questions we had with as much detail as possible to help us make the right decision for us. All in all we would definitely recommend the team at Chessington - we can't thank them enough for all of their hard work and perseverance!

GoogleClare Samaroo of Gascoigne-Pees Basingstoke is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. She is always quick to respond to queries and will go over and beyond to help us with all our needs. There have been challenges along the way due to some unforeseen changes, but Clare's support and assistance and her strong willingness to learn new things helped us to get through it all. She is a great asset to Gascoigne-Pees Basingstoke and I would highly recommend working with her.

GoogleI recently sold my property in Basingstoke through Gascoigne-Pees and I can say that the whole team associated with my sale were absolutely brilliant. I invited four companies to do a valuation on my house and while they all did a good job of assessing the property, providing a guide price and explaining the process, I felt that the gentleman who I met from Gascoigne-Pees came across as being more professional, well-informed and plausible without over selling the company. I felt confident that they would do their best to secure the right buyer, one who would not disappear part way through the sale process. Someone in the team was always available to answer or refer any queries that I had. When one person in the chain lost interest, a replacement was promptly found for them so everything could progress smoothly. From the initial meeting through to the open day and completion, the entire team at Gascoigne-Pees Basingstoke were very professional, helpful, polite, friendly, and tenacious in getting my property sold. I can thoroughly recommend Gascoigne-Pees.

GoogleRight from the start we felt comfortable, the team were really friendly and knowledgeable. Jim Gordon in particular was very helpful and great to talk to, we couldn't have done it without him. The photographer took stunning photos which really showed off the features of the house. We decided to go with an open day, which was fully booked within 24 hours of advertising. Of those who veiwed the house, more than half put in offers. The team did an excellent job of keeping us informed and guiding us through the process. The house was SSTC within a week. We had issues with the solicitors, Jim went above and beyond to help keep momentum to see us through to completion. The fees were reasonable and competitive, especially given the level of service we recieved. Overall, the Gascoigne-Pees Sales Team really do believe that fostering good relationships with their clients is the key to success, making the time and effort to put them first, keep them at ease during one of the most stressful processes, and always giving the best advice.

In particular many thanks to Kayleigh Rogerson, Carly Byrne, and Gemma Williams, we really appreciate all the effort you've put in this journey with us and I hope this good relationship shall continue . We spotted our ideal property online and were keen to view it asap. The team kindly arranged the viewing for us as soon as they could taking into account our working hours. When we arrived at the property a person was there waiting and could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and was super patient with all our questions. We were so glad she showed us around and took the time to understand what we were looking for without any pushy pitches. Working with the team was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend GP anytime. I cant wait for my move in date which is tomorrow and I am super excited.

GoogleSelling our brother’s house was a very painful experience and Jim made it less so with his kind attitude and knowledgeable experience. He was not pushy and this made him seem very trustworthy. He was very supportive and we really felt he wanted to make it the whole process as easy as possible. Nic was also very efficient and kept us updated with all developments along the way. I would thoroughly recommend using Gascoigne-Pees as whenever l contacted the office, the whole team were nothing less than helpful.

GoogleRight from the start I felt comfortable with GP handling the sale of my house and I can’t fault the service I received. I was looking for professionalism and good communication which was key as I do not live locally to the house. The team were really friendly and knowledgeable and a special mention to Connor who went above and beyond in supporting me. I understood the whole process and was informed at each stage thanks to Nic and Martina. I went with an open day, the valuation was excellent, I would recommend GP to anyone who was thinking of selling their property they are a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend it even for my enemies. All what they want is your money, doesn’t fix anything. Ignoring your phone calls or even blocking you. They was doing house viewing without calling or asking if they can enter. No apologies nothing just unlocked doors and entered with “possible future tenant”. Want to mention I paid rent, nobody called there anyone will come to look around. Avoid them worst agents in Basingstoke. Check Unity place Chineham reviews that’s there’s all properties. That’s what you will get.
I am sorry for the experience. We no longer have anything to do with this block and the owners were supposed to be dealing with the issues there.

GoogleI am a single occupant first time buyer and the prospect of buying my first home was daunting and overwhelming. I had experiences with two other estate agents before I found Gascoigne-Pees, which were stressful and unhelpful. My experience with Gascoigne-Pees was refreshingly positive and they were very efficient, informative and helpful. Martina and Kim in particular were very helpful for me throughout the whole process and were always willing to support me with any questions that I had, and were very responsive. They were friendly and approachable, supporting me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this estate agents and would look to use them again myself in the future when the time arises!

I don’t even know which branch I’m with but they’ve charged me £50 for the privilege of changing the date I pay my rent as there has been a company take over at work and will now receive my pay on a different date! Oh, they did try to charge £60 until I mentioned the Tenants Fees act of 2019 which states that it is illegal to charge more than £50 to make a date change! Their excuse was they miscalculated the tax!!!! Ffs! I actually can’t even be bothered to try and explain how else they’ve been awful and stupidly hard to get a hold of. Avoid!!!!!
