GoogleI recently bought a house via GP. All smooth sailing, no issues. Billi in particular was brilliant - very helpful, pleasant to deal with and professional. If she was unavailable her team (Nick, Kim) were always more than happy to chat and get things sorted for me. Highly recommend.

GoogleVery professional and accurate help from Tomiisin Ali from start to finish of our deposit which two people previously ignored sorting. She knows what she is saying to us and very helpful with the claim. Very Prompt and never once did we have to email over and over (unlike previous dealings) before Ali updated us. Thank you and well done

Hi All, Please very careful considerate rental any property in this letting agent unless they improved service. We had completed all professional clean after end of tenancy however the letting agent and management company refused to return all deposit amounts.

Terrible experience. Even after paying each monthly rent bang on time and spending £600 on professional cleaning, deposit not returned on time and with other spurious deductions. I had to continually chase every step of the way and generally company always fell short of expectations. Bitter experience.

GoogleOur move was long and difficult(due to bottom of chain problems), but Martina from The Basingstoke office was excellent and managed to ensure that the chain remained in tact. She provided regular updates to us which was very reassuring. Highly recomended.

GoogleShould be 0 stars. Awful service and the letting team are liars looking for self gain. Lied to our tenants about our property and lied to us about the cost of their service. Adam and Carly hide behind the brand. PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH GPEES.
