Nothing but issues and red-tape. I was in an unfortunate situation with an abusive ex and her two partners, ultimately ended up abusing several factors that Collins supported them with. Later, ended up returning the deposit I paid and covered for another Tennant back to him, even after I have not lived there for 7 months, its still my money. They are not personable, they will strictly follow what they believe is the right action even with money trails. At every step, having followed legal action myself they still refuse to follow legal orders that have been made. Beware if you ever use them.

I have just assisted someone to move in to a rental property and upon arrival I was appalled at the condition of the property. Despite a phone call, in my presence, it was clear that Collins Residential were not willing to take any action. They said that a deep clean had been undertaken but as confirmed in the inventory it was dirty and in bad condition. It has taken us many days to get the property cleaned up and there are still outstanding issues that need rectifying.
