Barons Estate Agents were the selling agents in our case. Trevor showed us around the property twice: we found him to be very engaging and professional. After having our offer accepted Joanna became the “progresser.” She responded quickly and helpfully to our many questions and efficiently coordinated the visit of our surveyor, as well as several other specialists: nothing was too much trouble to her. There were a number of difficulties with our purchase but Joanna worked very hard, in conjunction with our solicitor, in getting answers and pushing the sale to its final successful conclusion. Thank you Joanna; and thank you Barons Estate Agents.

Met John for an initial valuation. His style of soft selling was just not applicable to my requirements. Time was of the essence, so I need someone with high energy, who would exude some passion into the process. Had I have been granted more time, perhaps I would have at least allowed John to run with my case. However, my decision to choose another local agent was the best decision afterall. I was disappointed that the photos were taken by himself/agents - looking on Rightmove, the photos here compared to those that use a professional photographer are lightyears apart. I need my house (and all the hardwork that went into it!) to be represented in the best light possible

5 Stars for Courtney! We're moving into Basingstoke for the first time and Courtney has been amazing throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the broadband router being delivered to our flat before we were able to move in and the estate agents were super helpful and went round to put it in the flat for us - definitely above and beyond service! Communication is excellent, especially compared to other estate agents we've rented with before!!
