Excellent as always

Baron’s always go beyond your expectations of any other estate agent and having used them for several sales over the years this really shows against other local agents. The service received from Trevor, Charlie and the team is exceptional and they always do what they say they are going to do and get a sale completed very fast. After some complications with our purchase, the team did everything they could so the sale wasn’t affected, and without this we would have definitely lost the sale. Thank you for being fab as always, and continuing the great reputation that you have as the best agent in Basingstoke.

I used Barons to sell my house and the service I got from them was great! I worked mostly with Patrick and Charlie who were both brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, they kept me informed and were really friendly and professional. I would highly recomment both of them. Of course the rest of the team; Matt, Trevor and Kevin were really helpful, friendly and proactive too. I would recommend Barons to anyone, their level of customer service was fantastic!

Excellent service.

I have sold my property with Barons and they have been amazing. From the initial contact in arranging a valuation to completion on the property. Trevor was a Godsend. Trevor was friendly and very informative without putting any pressure on me to go with Barons. He took his time in answering my questions and was available to answer my other questions after the valuation. He eased my anxiety with the whole selling process. The service from Barons was second to none. They are completely different to the other estate agents in the area. All the staff are friendly and approachable (while still being professional) at all times- on the phone and in person. Charlie was also fantastic. He kept me up to date with the progress. Nothing was too much and he explained everything very clearly. I had complete confidence in the team. If I ever need an estate agent again I will not hesitate in using Barons. They are fantastic. They're ace

I have now both bought and sold through Barons, and I would thoroughly recommend them. Our chain fell apart while I was in hospital following the early birth of our baby and Barons took in upon themselves to keep their foot to the metal, find us a new buyer and keep things moving forward when we were not able to do much to chase things up ourselves. Charlie has been great to deal with, proactively chasing things up for us and keeping us in the loop at all times. Trevor was an absolute star on exchange day, and I couldn't have asked for better service. If you need a great estate agent in Basingstoke, go with Barons. Trust me, I've tried others and they don't compare.

Highly recommended

We bought our house through Barons, and were very impressed with the after-sales service. As such, when it was time to move on, it was an easy choice to use Barons to handle our sale. Everybody was very friendly and professional, and they were always easy to get hold of on the phone. The jewel in their crown however was Trevor who looks after the after sale part progressing to completion. He was tireless in his efforts in chasing down all other parties in our long (9 people!) chain. I don't doubt that if it was left to the other agents (particularly the online ones) in the chain, that we'd still be waiting to move! All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Excellent Service

Barons in Basingstoke were instrumental in our being able to get the best deal for our property and to sell it quickly. They took care of all of the viewings and arranged an open day, which helped to expedite and seal the sale. They were knowledgeable, proactive, flexible and courteous. Outstanding Sales and Support

Due to the complexities attached to our property, without Trevor Lee at Barons, I truly believe that the sale of our house would not have progressed to completion. If there was an obstacle in our way then Trevor found the answer. Without his tenacity I think we would have given up. Certainly if we had used an internet estate agents we would most definitely not have progressed to a completion. The support that he provided through very testing times was second to none. I cannot praise all the team at Barons highly enough for their professionalism from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Barons exceeded our expectations; great communication, professional, approachable and efficient. The service that Barons Estate Agents gave us was really excellent from beginning to end. Matt gave us a very realistic evaluation of our property, unlike some other estate agents that in order to gain you as clients exaggerate the value. Matt also took magnificent pictures of our home that helped in getting the interest of many people. Kevin and Charlie did a brilliant job at the open day looking after our house and the house was sold on the day. Trevor jumped through hoops to make exchange and completion happen. Professional Service

Excellent, professional service was provided by Kevin,Trevor and all the team. At every step we were kept informed of developments in the sale process. Fast sale and great teamwork

Barons impressed us from the start. Trevor was so much more amiable than others that quoted for the work and I felt that he and the team would do what they said. They did. They rolled into action very fast. Our home was on the market in a matter of days and sold (above the asking price) also in a matter of days. Once "sold" though Barons didn't stop. They kept in contact with all those in the chain and made sure we were well informed. One thing I liked was that I could talk to any of the team and they knew what was what. There was none of the, "I'll get him to ring you back," that you might get elsewhere. All of the team were polite, smartly turned out, and well informed. They helped make our move very smooth and I'd use them again very happily.

Awesome experience

Estate agents often get a bad name, but Barons have been superb throughout the whole process. They got top dollar for the property we sold, kept our first time buyer happy for the 6 months it took us to find somewhere to move to and then did everything they could to ensure we could complete 6/7 weeks after finding the new property. Nothing was too much for Trevor. He was always there to answer calls and help, a friendly manner but more importantly understands your needs and gets things done. It was a difficult run up to exchange (which was ultimately the day before completion) but Barons did all the chasing of solicitors and kept dealing with the estate agents we were buying through (who were far less impressive). On a difficult completion day they were again the ones that cared for our needs even after the sale had gone through. You get a personal service from Barons, from people that care and want to rightly earn their commission.. I would use them over and over again without hesitation so fully recommend.
