His pro active attitude to selling my flat had an open house date agreed weeks after my decision to sell with multiple people booked in to view. After only a number of days he was in contact with them and negotiated a price I was very happy to accept. He didn't sell me a dream, he sold me a promise to sell my property quickly and for a price I'd be happy with. He definitely delivered on this and I couldn't recommend them and him more.

It is very likely that our chain would have fallen through without Chelsey's hard work and resilience to see it through. Chelsey had to pick up the pieces after a mortgage broker had not processed our mortgage application which led to many complications and concerns with the sellers in our chain- she was able to resolve this issue quickly and keep our sellers happy to wait for us.
