Great estate agents, I was shown around a few properties by someone called Grace and she convinced me to rent my new property 100%, if your looking to move out I can’t recommend this estate agents anymore!

Michael just did the job. Advertised our house for rent in the morning, five viewers by evening. New tenants moved in within the week. Amazing work. Thank you.

Balgores are one of the many letting agencies I have used over my years of lettings and they have been the most helpful by far. I communicated with Jordon and fount she was very helpful and tried her best to move me in as soon as possible. I am very grateful for all her effort and hard work

Balgores were very professional in their service and once the sales team had sold the property then they have a lovely young lady who follows the sale alongside the solicitors and helps in any way she can. very good service and would defiantly recommended to anyone. As was recommended to them. can't fault the service at all

Despite the difficult situation the world finds itself in right now, I was immensely impressed at the conduct of Balgores and our agent Jordan. Not only were they very professional from start to finish, the entire process was very swift. I could not recommend Balgores more. Brilliant service.

I would like to say a massive thank you to management team, in particular, Holly and Mica, to work with me (as the landlord) and the tenant to fix the issues in the property. They have been so understanding and have done their best to resolve the issues.

Just found a one bedroom flat through Balgores and the experience has been first class. We have never rented before and Frazer showed us four properties to choose from, he thoroughly went through the process in great detail. Emily also kept us updated everyday and we are now settled in our new property.
