GoogleVery disorganized and unprofessional... I was interested in a property, and booked a view as soon as it appeared on the market. It kept getting cancelled and rebooked for a later date. After almost a week of waiting and getting ready to go and visit the place, I was told it was taken by someone else.

GoogleCustomer service is non existent, lady names Joanne just tried to argue with me on the phone! No one checked the house before I moved in, so house was in an uninhabitable condition, had to sort this myself as I was in a desperate situation with a baby. Don't bother with them, so many problems and I've only been living here 2 months! Wish I had gone elsewhere. After posting this review, I was contacted by Michael Bacon the Area Manager. He kept in contact with me and updated me on everything. Very polite and helpful, needed him from the start.
