Jo, Lesley and Chloe at the Kirkby in Ashfield office were all excellent throughout what proved to be a long and complicated process. After signing up with them, they immediately sent us a large number of viewers and the house was soon sold. Unfortunately, the first sale fell through, and also a subsequent sale, but each time they quickly found us new viewers and secured a new buyer for us. They were always quick to react, easy to contact and professional throughout, but also welcoming and friendly and we felt that they really cared about us. They were proactive in communicating with our solicitor and the estate agent dealing with the bungalow we were purchasing to move into, which meant that the process progressed as quickly as possible. We felt supported throughout, which was reassuring as my husband uses a wheelchair and the move was a very stressful time for us. I can't say enough good things about them. They were simply wonderful.

Coventry office I definitely would not recommend this company. They recommended incompetent poor advise online solicitor advising buyers to use two different solicitors the causing delay and confusion to chain. Advised buyers not to communicate with buyers as well not a good start to the year Solicitors they recommend Do not respond to messages or emails from my solicitors and holding up the chain absolutely appalling service. Poor communication and costing everybody a lot of money and time . The problem with these online and web conveyancing companies is they take on so many customers and have no time to deal with them correctly or properly in the proper timescale. This then has a knock-on effect in the chain to every person due to the lack of response and commitment to the process of buying and selling.

The agents are nice, but unfortunately they are capable of lowering the property's price. Despite assurances that the price is final, you shouldn't trust them. I do not recommend.

They don’t care about the state of the properties they rent out . They just want to get paid , keep the owner of the house happy . No rights for tenants , even if you have 6 kids they will serve you a section 21 after living in rubbish conditions and asking for it to be sorted . Minus 5 stars

With few words and sorry for the grammar mistakes DO NOT USE Bairstoweves in Purley at least this lettings office because is the one I know better than anyone.If you read my review I will save you money,stress and time...Perfect experience from their lettings negotiator Ivaylo and warm welcoming from Julie Goddard their Lettings manager until they give you the house keys and take deposit and rent,after that moment I realized that was "too good to be true", never responded again in our repair requests as should with the excuse of no response of the landlord. Finally the Landlord served us with Eviction notice 2 months ago and we moved in a new place .Unprofessional staff 100%,I bet that they are under-educated too for the role and this is the excuse I give them of handling bad the customer service. After 2 months stress and the compensation disrepair and fight over emails,they refunded £100 as goodwill. And the cherry in the cake is we have to fight to get our deposit back because trying to find excuses not to give it back.This is a lesson that never again deal with Lettings agency.

Very disappointed with the "service" they gave to my elderly parents. They talked a good talk to get their sale but their service has been non existent. They pressured my parents into using their solicitors and I had to contact them to remind them that any instructions must come through me. They said they would mailshot properties for my parents to buy but no evidence of this. They had 3 offers during the first weekend of advertising the property and then immediately removed it from the website even though it was offers over. Absolutely no contact from the agents. Appalling service from start to finish. Very disappointed.

Really unhappy with the service especially the Croydon branch. We moved out of a property in July and provided bank details to the company after our landlord was happy for our deposit to be released. A month later they are ignoring our emails about when our deposit money for our previous property will be released to us. We understand it has to go through a process but the landlord said he’s happy we provided details a month ago I feel you take the money from us as quickly as you can but make us wait so long to get OUR OWN money back. Really poor service

The help and support from the jubilee Crescent Office in Coventry have been nothing short of exemplary. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Clare, Jodie and Gemma have taken time to explain the sale in great detail to my my mum, have supported with paperwork, with great care and patience. The team have even kept an eye on the market and sent through suggestions for suitable property’s. The communication is second to none. I would certainly recommend to anyone selling in that area. Just outstanding!

Poor communication, been for viewing number 55 Morley avenue Edmonton N18 in March this year. Was told by the agent waiting for the price and and agreed for something, still they not reply to my massage and they told me good very quite Neighbours, but they try to sell the house quicker, then I check the area because their one side of the house was a care home with the lots of parents with different medical condition, they cry shout in the midnight sometimes they wake and mid night and make disturbance. Not very honest estate agents. Didn’t mention to buyers

The worst estate agent ever we’ve encountered. We’ve booked a viewing with them on Saturday 12:30pm, a lady called to confirm this appointment on Wednesday right before that. Soon we’ve also received a confirmation e-mail without our details on it stating viewing time on Sat 12:30am. We didn’t pay much attention and believe that “am” was just a typo mistake. When we arrived the door of that property on Saturday 12:15pm, no one showed up even we’ve waited half an hour. We called that lady and she said she didn’t arranged anything on 12:30pm! Without apologizing, attitude just like asking us to go away don’t bother. We sent her back the confirmation e-mail, she just said she had re-arranged ours to 11am the same day and re-sent a confirmation (without name or details) to us, in which we dig into all our inbox and junk box we couldn’t find any of what she had said. It is quite interesting when you gonna re-arrange an appointment, you need not to call or confirm with the counter-party. We haven’t received any missed call as well when we didn’t show up “on time” at 11am?!What even worst is that, we popped into the shop an hour later and would like to re-book viewing for this property. That lady rejected and said that was already under offer stage, she’s not gonna arrange viewing anymore. Wow! All just happened within 2 hours? Amazing!Wasted our 3-hour traffic time and vacant half-day of our only rest day of the week for this irresponsible estate agent!
