FacebookBuying a house is stressful, but with the stamp duty deadline looming and personally organising and going back to work after maternity leave, it has been one hell of a journey. Lots of twists and turns, but I can say Becci at Paul Fox has been a superstar, full of knowledge, very calming and reassuring but most importantly gets her job done, no messing around. We can not thank you enough Becci. Also very pleased with the marketing of our property and sold extremely quickly.

She’s been fabulous throughout and I totally wish I had sold mine through her after the service I received. It’s been a very stressful and long winded purchase but she made everything much easier for us.

When our seller didn't want to wait more than 6-8 weeks to move (we never agreed to move this quick) they allowed her to relist the property with them with a higher price while still keeping insisting on keeping us a buyer, So that she could try and get more for her property - effectively allowing us to be gazumpted three quarters of the way through our purchase - losing us money.

FacebookWe received an excellent service from the Brigg office right through from the original house valuation and photos, arranging and accompanying the viewings, liaising regularly with all the parties concerned, and, most importantly providing us with accurate, updated information. From start to finish, Paul Fox agency had the business of selling our property well in hand. The entire team we had dealings with through the Brigg office were professional, approachable and competent, nothing was too much trouble for them. We would definitely use this agent again.Particular thanks are owed to Jo who, despite being very professional, practical and thorough in her approach, also managed to deal with all our issues in such a personable and friendly manner. An agent who can be trusted, which sets her apart from the rest!Thank you !!

FacebookMade appointment for viewing a house on Westfield Road Ashby as advertised on YOUR website. £122950 Great looking house - very excited.Got emailed saying yes, 1030 Tuesday 19th and telling me it was number 25.Turn up on the day after having done some serious maths on the property and researched what may need doing. Turn up on the day - the only F****ng morning off that myself and my wife share in 13 days and guess what - you're not there. Why aren't you there? Because the house isn't for sale - it completed ages ago and you have failed to take the F*****g thing off your website. Outstanding - we not only made a wasted journey but it hogged ALL of our only morning off together in this hot-ass weather when we could have been doing something to cherish rare time off together. Thanks a bunch. I'm not looking at any more houses you're selling because basically, you're obviously inept!

FacebookDidn’t not manage the estate correctly I purchased, months of notice been given and the occupiers overrun handover.Left a garden full of dog mess, left a few keys for locks but nothing else.Left a garage full of rubbish when should have been clear.No help whatsoever from Paul FoxA representative should have been here to make sure the exchange happened correctly Now left to remove all rubbish myself

Facebookphoned for viewing ,told to busy would ring me if there was a cancellation,no phone call so I sent as email to arrange a viewing and no reply yet. DO NOT leave your keys with them they don't have the time to show people round your house at times to suit them.WAS IT YOUR HOUSE I WANTED TO VIEW.? I am a cash buyer and no home to sale.

Decided to try Paul Fox. A bit disappointed as had to chase for feedback, waited more than a month for valuations on properties and updates were rare. I am realistic in a changing market, but expected to receive feedback and not just the sting of exit fee after 12 weeks.
