I’ve been renting my house for the last 12 years with DDM’s and although not the greatest company, they have suited our needs. In July of this year the tenants left and we discovered that our house was a state!!!! The regular inspections never mentioned half the issues we picked up when we went in and we were totally disgusted with the attitude and service provided. This was made worse with us selling the house, so we weren’t looked after in the normal way you would expect if re-renting!!! The tenants disputed the mess as you would expect, but the photos and evidence in our favour was substantial, but due to DDM’s incompetence and poor management, I ended up paying out of my own pocket, while the Ex tenants laughed at us!!!!! A really poor management company with poor staff who lack the decency to keep you informed of what is going on. I would even go as far as saying that there ‘Go to companies’ in the event of an emergency are overly priced and are cowboys at best. Do not use this company.....disgraceful!!!!!!

Kelly, Louise and Amanda were fab, from both viewings to keeping us upto date with the progress. The team even stayed past their finish time so that we could collect the keys so the wife didnt need to book a hotel for work. Everyone was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. How disgusting of you as a professional business. I viewed a property on Lloyds avenue and expressed an interest in living there. Only to be told 7 days after applying that the landlady doesn't want me living there as I have three children?! Surely that's discrimination. This was after me chasing for the last week also. I was told "the landlady can decide who lives there and she doesn't want you as you have three children" I work, I have a well paid job. My children are well behaved. So what on earth is the issue? DDM. You are a terrible, rude, snotty estate agents and I will be warning people off you in the future. You have just spoken to me as if I were a second class citizen. How dare you. You are lucky I am not taking this further. Tell the landlady that she needs to rethink her morals and I find it disgusting of her for refusing a house to someone because she has children. How petulant of her to even suggest such a thing. DDM. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU RETHINK WHICH LANDLORDS YOU GO INTO BUSINESS WITH. SHOCKING!!!!

Rented a property from these for 4 years, when we moved out we had the carpets professionally cleaned, we cleaned the property from top to bottom, and then got a phone call to say there are some pet hairs on one of the window sills....we was charged £90 for the privilege of somebody to wipe the window sill, I would never do business with this firm again, absolute joke, you live and learn I guess
